Within Ascended and Free Reality, the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of Eternal Opulence, Youth and Beauty sets the Cosmic Tone of all form and functioning. Contemplate this. We see as God sees, only the Eternal Truth of the innate perfection within all life. Like the flower that requires earth, air, water and sun, we await the flowering of its Divine Potential of Beauty in full Opulence. We hold this same Immaculate Concept for ourselves and for all Humanity …each one Ascended and Free! The Great Cosmic Inbreath now accelerates this Divine Plan forward, even beyond our greatest dreams.
We believe wholeheartedly and focus only on this Ascended and Free Forcefield of Eternal Opulence, Youth and Beauty …of all life-forms and all daily functioning on Earth. We hold this true for life on all its levels. Life-forms range from single cells through to complex eco-systems. All life-forms are watched over by their Silent Watcher[2], who holds this Immaculate Concept until everything in their charge returns to Indivisible Flowing Wholeness, having fulfilled its Divine Potential. Function involves all levels as well, from the function of a cell, through to the function of families, organizations, nations and all Humanity.
As we contemplate the Gathering of Ascended Humanity, let us feel that we stand with the Solar Christ Self of all Humanity, in or between embodiments. For the Revelation of Ascended and Free Humanity is the Cosmic Sign that the Earth is ready for complete inclusion in the Great Cosmic Inbreath. And it is our service to Humanity to ensure that the Universal I AM hears this signal, as we address Her with One Crystal Voice …One Cosmic Tone …One Perfect Vibration.
Our experience of daily life becomes the quantum Temple of Daily Life! In the beginning there was no difference between the inside of the atom, the Temple of daily life on Earth and the Laws that govern the great Solar Systems and Galaxies. Then there was ‘separation’ and a unique set of karmic laws that dictated reality in daily life. And now we return to ‘Eden’, where Quantum State Reality pours through as the Light of the Great I AM, into all form and function within daily life. Each one becomes Spiritually Free, as the Earth returns to the Indivisible Flowing Wholeness of Universal I AM! And SO IT IS!

ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELOVED ELOHIM VISTA AND LADY CRYSTAL …
COSMIC PLAN OF CREATION
Beloved Visions of the Immaculate Concept, allow please a quick summary of the Plan of Creation, something very dear to the Hearts of the Elohim and the Builders of Form. For this Original Perfection is what we presently return to as we move into the Great Cosmic Inbreath.
Since the story of Universal I AM is infinite and eternal, let us begin when Helios and Vesta chose the initiation of becoming a Sun with their own Solar System of seven planets. They had previously been one of the twelve Ascended Planets under the Sun of Alpha and Omega, who themselves had chosen the Initiation of becoming a Central Sun. As events proceeded, seven of these planets chose this Initiation (including Helios and Vesta) and five planets declined, choosing (with their Race of God Beings) to dwell in the Light Spheres of formless Perfection within and around Alpha and Omega (Nirvana).
As Helios and Vesta began the process of creation of their Solar System, they first summoned from out the Great Silence the Cosmic Silent Watcher into whom they anchored the Immaculate Concept for their Solar System. They then counseled with the Seven Elohim to unfold time and space through the Seven Steps to Precipitation, studying this Plan of Creation held by the silent Watcher. It was decided that there would be an arc of vibration within the seven planned planets, proceeding from most etheric, to most dense, back to most etheric. This circle was a course of evolution that allowed for the greatest array of perfection ever brought into form.
It was further decided the Earth was to be the fourth planet out from the Sun. Because of the vibrational alignment[3] of the seven planets on an Arc (or half circle), the Earth would be the densest manifestation of form. Planets on either side of the Arc of Evolution (proceeding away from the Earth at the outer most point of the arc) become progressively more etheric. This Arc would appear (in a three-dimensional world) as a half circle of seven planets. The other half of the circle would be the mirror image of all the planets on the unformed side of creation. Each planet has an Ascended Twin that did not proceed into the world of form, just as each of us has a Twin Flame that completes our whole (whose Oneness is known as the White Fire Being.)
At the end of a Great Cosmic Day the planets unify into their wholeness. This unites the formed (or atom based) representation with its unformed (Electronic Light based) existence. With the current Great Cosmic Inbreath the planets closest to the Sun will be absorbed into the Sun and unify with their Twin Planet, becoming their unique Divine Potential as an Ascended Planet. Then, in time to come, they too may take the Initiation of becoming a Sun. Meanwhile, every other planet moves closer to the Sun on its way to full Victory and Ascension as a planet.
As you may also be aware, even as each Sun is drawing each of its planets closer to its Heart Center, the Great Central Sun is also inbreathing each of their Suns closer to their Heart Center. Thus, the Sun of Osiris and Isis and all their seven planets are absorbed into the Central Sun, completing their course of evolution as a Solar System. [4]
Returning to the Plan of Creation, the original intent of Father/Mother God for Earth was to see into what levels of density ‘absolute perfection’ could manifest as form. And even though the Earth was to be the densest planet, its original nature was much more etheric than present. In comparison to the levels of denseness that we have fallen into since the coming of the laggards, the original substance of Earth and her Races would now seem a lacey etheric (almost invisible). Not only was our form exquisitely etheric, but we could also see the Electronic Light from the Mighty I AM Presence pulsating through that delicate Elemental form. The original first Root Race would have appeared as what we might envision Angels or Devas …outlines of form emitting great Radiant Light, where all form and function manifested Opulence, Youth and Beauty.
It has also been described that the Earth was of such pure crystalline substance that one could see the Three-fold Flame at the Center of the Earth …that flowers and other plants were actual manifestations of Flame …and that between all the various bird life, the Cosmic Keynote of Earth’s Ascension Song was constantly heard through the planet. Contemplate this!
This is the Perfection we return to. It has been called Heaven on Earth. In the closing Christian Dispensation, it would be called ‘going to Heaven following the rapture.’ It can be seen as our future …or seen as our past (of original perfection before the great fall) …but most importantly it is our present moment within Ascended and Free Consciousness. We return to our future in the present moment …through the creative powers of our own Ascended and Free Consciousness.
The original plan was for our I AM Presence to project a portion of itself onto Earth for the experience of ‘mastery within the world of form,’ thus gaining ever further Mastery of Creation in the use of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness. Our I AM Presence and White Fire Being are busy at Cosmic levels and remain so, even with this tiny portion of themselves embodied on Earth. We are all evolving God Beings and one Cosmic Day we too might create and populate a Solar System with unique and magnificent God Beings.
INDIVIDUAL PLAN OF CREATION
“In the beginning,” we began as a Spirit Spark in the Heart Flame of Father/Mother God. This Cosmic Birth revealed itself in the fiery Realms of blazing Electronic Light in the Great Central Sun. Evolving in this Radiant Light of Father/Mother God, the Spirit Spark grew to become the White Fire Being, our true and eternal “image and likeness of God.” For a period of Cosmic development, we remained as this Being of Light and Flame, in this Pure Land of Boundless Splendor and Infinite Light. The experience is of Indivisible Flowing Wholeness within Indivisible Flowing Wholeness! This is the Realm of Infinite Buddhas and the formless Glory of Nirvana.
Then there comes an opportunity presented by Father/Mother God to further delve into creation and ‘stretch the borders of the Kingdom of Heaven.’ The initial decision is to first experience the Masculine and Feminine aspects of Divinity as individual Beings within creation. The Monad becomes the Dyad …where the White Fire Being projects its Masculine and Feminine aspects into two Flames, around which forms the Mighty I AM Presence. These two Cosmic Beings then are Eternal Divine Twins, birthed simultaneously from the same Cosmic Flame.
Each I AM Presence makes an individual free will decision as to experiencing the greater Universe outside of the blazing Aura of Father/Mother God. Each decides on service along a specific Ray of Divine Endeavor in the eternal Expansion of Perfection. This may be within or between various Solar Systems and Parallel Universes. The options of service and experience are infinite. Each I AM Presence develops a great Causal Body, the Cosmic storehouse of all the momentums of Perfection along these experiences. All the while, the Divine Twins rhythmically renew the Celestial Union of their Oneness as the White Fire Being (who Itself carries on in Higher Cosmic Service.)
One of the choices presented to the I AM Presence is the opportunity to experience the world of form, one of many choices along its infinite Path of Mastery. And if it so chooses, the Earth is the premium experience for this ‘course in the Mastery of form’ in the entire Universe. The Mighty I AM Presence then applies for entrance into a Root Race governed by a Manu, under the authority of Father/Mother God. Once accepted, it projects a Light Beam of its Celestial Flame onto the Earth Plane. This anchors as the Three-fold Flame in the heart, around which the physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies are then formed. All form and function therein are to be the manifestation of the Divine Light flowing along the ‘Silver Cord’ from the Mighty I AM Presence to the Three-fold Flame in the heart of the embodied aspect.
From the Heart Center the Light then flows up to the brain sustaining Consciousness …and then throughout the system of meridians to sustain perfect form and function. Thus, daily life reflected the Perfection in the Realms of Pure Light but manifesting in the world of form. As the gentle reader is aware, if this process is left undisturbed (that is, living in the Harmony of our True Being) then daily life is the experience of Youth and Beauty, Opulence and Magnificence, Peace and Freedom.
And as the gentle reader also knows, it was the fall into ego that disrupted this process (ego usurping the Throne of God). It is emptying ourselves of this disruption and returning to the Flow of the Universe (One with the Way) that is the current Ascension of all Humanity. Rather than experiencing our ego, we decide and then continuously choose to experience the Light flowing in, through and around us. We then enter the Kingdom of Heaven! But as well, knowing ‘that as I AM raised up, so is all life raised up with me,’ we take a portion of all Humanity with us! And SO IT IS!
And so, we have reviewed the Plan of Creation, both individual and universal, the Immaculate Concept we now return to. We hold this Immaculate Concept for ourselves and for all life. For it includes the Elementals and their restoration of Divine Potential …crystalline bodies and the perfection of all form and function. It includes the Angles finally returning to their position within daily life, walking and talking with Ascended and Free Humanity. This is a full return to the Divine Plan, after eons on the endless wheel of karma. This the Golden Age of Spiritual Freedom! Call to all Divine Beings to continuously project this Vision into the outer Consciousness of all Humanity. And SO IT IS, Beloved I AM!

THE ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE COSMIC ANGEL OF RESTORATION …
Beloved Forcefields of Sacred Fire evolving upon our sweet Earth, we of the Angelic Kingdom see you as Father/Mother God sees you …powerful quantum Forcefields of Divine Creation clothed in physical form …just as the Angels are powerful quantum Forcefields of Divine Qualities (and can be clothed in the finest etheric form of delicate Light Patterns or express as Pure Light and Flame.
You too were once clothed in the finest etheric form, delicate patterns of Light Substance that vibrated very closely to Angelic Frequencies. The first Root Races completed their evolution in Earth bodies that would now appear as Angelic.[5] As you know, the laggards were introduced with their ego based karmic patterns during the fourth Root Race. These lower patterns were intended to be raised into the Higher Frequencies of ‘Light-based’ Humanity. As you also know, the story unfolded differently from this Divine intent, with Humanity falling into ego based karmic patterns and away from their Light-based living.
What is important is that ego frequencies then began to dull the Creative Faculties and brain consciousness of Humanity, until she could no longer perceive her own Sacred Fire nor the Gods and Angels around her. Therefore, our Kingdoms slowly fell into the category of legends and myth. Hence Spiritual evolution basically ceased at about the mid-way mark of the fourth Root Race. Calls then went out throughout the Universe for volunteers to enter Humanity through special dispensation, with the intent to teach the Truth and return the patterns of daily life away from karma and back to Light Patterns flowing through Humanity. And because of much great service by many Great Beings, presently the Divine intent is to restore all form and function within daily life to its Divine Potential …returning completely to the Revelation of the original Perfection of Humanity within the Light.
And here we are so very close to that Victory. Presently embodied Lightservers are some of those Beings from around the Universe that answered the call to redeem the Earth and her Humanity. You above all remember the original intent and plan of Divine Life on Earth …what would now be called Heaven on Earth …but which was absolutely natural and common in the early Root Races. Now we restore the Fourth and Fifth Root Races to their Glory so that the Sixth and Seventh Root Races may embody and reveal the unique Glory of their Divine Potential. This is the Healing of the Planet and the Revelation of the I AM Race!
The anchorage and expansion of Ascended and Free Consciousness is the key to this Planetary Healing. All change proceeds from Transformation of Consciousness. Again, Humanity is a magnificent matrix of Quantum States of Divine Creation. We of the Angelic Kingdom await your Creation, so that we may then infuse it with Divine Qualities. For, we are powerful Quantum States of Divine Feelings, releasing Holy Spirit into Creation. I AM also known as the Angelic Presence of Planetary Healing. Here I present a global view of Healing, restoring the original Divine Plan and Pattern of all daily life back to its First Cause.
But there is also personal, individual Healing. On both levels, we tap the original intent of redemption on Earth. A Cosmic Council of Divine Beings was convened during the Fourth Root Race. They thought that together (Angels, Elementals and divinely functioning Humanity), standing in the Light, we could redeem the laggard, karmic energies through proximity to Divine Consciousness. The assuredness of this rested in the known ability of Quantum Transference, that a greater Forcefield will absorb a lesser Forcefield as long as Divine Intent remained on course. This is but one aspect of the Law …the Power of Divine Love uniting all life in her Ascended State …with all else absorbed into and becoming Divine Love!
Quantum Transference is the Action of Healing regarding the Radiant Light of the Sacred Fire and the Transmission of the Flame. Assuming that Ascended and Free Consciousness has been inbreathed and absorbed by Ascended and Free Humanity, then its expansion and projection into any and all persons, places, conditions and things will bring about this Quantum Transference into Divine Potential. Once initiated by Ascended and Free Humanity, this process of Healing is then joined by the Angels of Healing (and Angels of all Divine Qualities). This is an act of Creation, and we are mandated by our own vows to fill Humanity’s creation with Holy Spirit. Similarly, Elementals join the Quantum Transference for they too have agreed by Divine Vow to outpicture what is in Humanity’s Consciousness.
For far too long Angels had very little impact on daily life. Our dispensing of Divine Qualities went unnoticed by the lower frequency creation within Humanity’s unbalanced consciousness. Humanity’s senses were dulled to our exquisite Frequencies. And likewise, Elementals were forced to outpicture these lower, ego-based creations. But now it is transformed, for once again Angels and Elementals may serve with Ascended and Free Humanity in the Grand Triangle of Three Fire Signs. All three points of this triangle are Powerful Quantum States which, taken together, clear the Way for the Divine Plan. This is the return of the Brotherhood of Angels, Elementals and Humanity, a necessary condition for the New Golden Age.
In your visualizations and meditations see us all Together, standing in the Light. See and feel the Three Kingdoms forming the Grand Triangle of Three Fire Signs …as if we are all functioning within the Great Central Sun. See the Earth (or whatever person, place, condition or thing you are intent on Healing) within this Grand Triangle. Use the Breathing Statement (of each month) and feel the Power within the Transmission of the Flame and the Projection of Divine Consciousness. Know that in this process, standing within your own Sun of the Sun, your creative Powers are those of Father/Mother God …as you stand in their stead in this redemption of our sweet Earth. You each volunteered to come into Humanity to teach this Truth. And here you are …knowing as the Cosmic Christ has always taught, the Truth will set Humanity free!
The stronger you feel and acknowledge the Angels and Elementals joining you in this Ceremony, the more we expand and project our strength and power into the process. This is especially true when sending the Elementals your loving gratitude for suffering so long under their vow of forming the imbalanced creations within humanity’s previously lowered consciousness. Now the Joy of Angels and Elementals in serving with Ascended and Free Humanity is immense. You will feel our Quantum Transference on the return current of your attention upon us and your Invocation of our Presence. And remember, Gratitude is the open door for all further Blessings!
I AM at your call to help restore your personal Youth, Beauty and Opulence. Such Blessings flow as you serve to Heal the Earth. You are Healed simply by using this Ceremony to Heal others. Say often:
I AM Healed …as I Heal the Planet!

I AM Ascended …as I Ascend the Planet!

[1] The story behind the process of our seven-fold planetary Being transforming into our Twelve-fold Cosmic Being comes from the Spiritual evolution of our Solar System. When Alpha and Omega chose the initiation of becoming a Central Sun, the 12 planets orbiting their Sun had to choose, with complete free will, to become a Sun under their new Central Sun or remain within the Electronic Coronal Spheres of Perfection within their new Central Sun. Seven chose to become Suns (one of which was our Beloved Helios and Vesta) and five chose to remain within these formless Solar Realms …unknown or ‘hidden’ to the Races of God Beings evolving on the 7 planets of each of the seven new Suns. That is until each of the Races evolved through their seven planetary Chakras, when each one then rejoins the Cosmic evolution under the guidance of Alpha and Omega. Our Mighty I AM Presence is a Twelve-fold Being under the auspices of Alpha and Omega whereas our Holy Christ Self is a Seven-fold being under the auspices of Helios and Vesta …until Planetary Christhood is achieved! The five hidden Chakras then take their place within that Being and the transformation is complete into a Cosmic Twelve-fold Presence. When we are evolving as planetary beings, our focus is on Mastering these Seven Chakras, knowing each one well. When we then graduate onto Twelve-fold Solar Being, our focus turns to the Oneness of this experience, with less emphasis on each individual Chakra. This is our vision of Ascended and Free, Together, standing in the Light …and Ascended and Free Humanity on Ascended and Free Earth! And SO IT IS!
[2] The Silent Watcher is a lineage of Beings within the Elemental Kingdom. They exist in parallel to the Elohim, the Builders of Form and Devas of all Graded Order. They hold the Divine Blueprint given from Father/Mother God for some aspect of Creation …which the Elohim and Devas then study to create the perfect form (a flower, a body, a mountain range). It may be the Silent Watcher of a Solar System (such as our Beloved Lady Circulata) or of a planet (such as our Beloved Lady Immaculata). Or they may watch over a section of elemental development, such as the Silent Watcher of a river or a Landscape Angel watching over a meadow …or a Group Deva, watching over the development of a species of the animal, plant, insect or mineral kingdom. The Silent Watcher of our own body is the Beloved Body Elemental, who holds the Immaculate Concept for our body’s perfect form and function. It is a highly evolved Being and can be communicated with to produce Healing and general body well-being. It, above all else, knows what is needed for balance and health.
[3] The Vibrational alignment of the planets is different from the physical layout of the planets in a three-dimensional plane, as one might learn in school. The Vibrational alignment is governed by the Sacred Planetary Tone, which decides the frequency of manifestation, from most etheric to most dense …rather than the physical layout which is ‘physical distance’ of orbit from the Sun. When we measure things from present daily life on Earth, we can only use the instruments evolved by our three-dimensional, time / space anchored consciousness. Thus, we see things “in our image and likeness”. We see planets that appear to give off a dense vibration that appears inhospitable to what we call ‘life’. Yet the Reality is that those planets actually evolve at a much higher frequency and all we see is a physical shadow of the full Glory that these other Ascended Planets actually are.

[5] The first four Root Races actually came into embodiment in these delicate Light bodies, where all form and function of daily life was the process of Divine Light revealing its Glory and Perfection in all things. It was precisely because these Root Races were unfolding their Divine Potential so perfectly that the Earth was chosen for the opportunity for the laggards from other Solar systems to find a home of dense enough frequencies that they might have opportunity for redemption and find their way Home through the Ascension. The decision to embody the laggards on Earth was at about the third-way mark of the Fourth Root Race. When the women of Earth birthed the necessarily denser vehicles of the laggards through their delicate Light Bodies, it has been described by Cosmic Beings as the greatest sacrifice ever in the Universe.
