ASCENSION CONCEPTS
The Gathering of Ascended Humanity is the future of Humanity …the rebirth of the I AM Race. We offer an Ascended and Free Reality into which all Humanity may enter into at any time, as they make their own personal choice regarding the future they desire. Meanwhile, we abide in Cause (‘I AM a Being of Cause alone!’). We live our lives loyally serving that Cause …impersonally detached from all effects, even those we personally approve of.
As we present ourselves ‘empty of ego’, we immediately become a Radiance of the Limitless Perfection our Solar Christ Self wishes to bless the world with. We then become Divine Instruments operating beyond the restrictions of time and space. Tangible Higher Dimensional Blessings now occur through this Forcefield. The ‘miracles’ that ensue from these Blessings are not so much based in ‘phenomena’ but rather express as an inner transformation of personal lives. And because we are not so interested in outer phenomenon, these miracles are wholly of an inner nature, a transformation in consciousness. That way, the change of a person or a situation has come from within. It is thus permanent, rather than creating dependence on an external influence, however Divine.
The Ascension reverses the effect of gravity. Gravity (physical and spiritual) tends to separate life from oneness with Universal I AM. The Ascending Power of Divine Love reverses separateness into Wholeness …or Oneness with Divine Potential. As we know, the Great Cosmic Cycle is currently focused on Inbreath (gathering all life back to Oneness). All other Planets and their Races of God Beings have completed their expression in the Great Cosmic Day and await return to the Source of all Love.
But Humanity must first complete her Outbreath, achieving her pinnacle of individual Divine expression (the Solar Christ Self living within the I AM Race on Earth). Only then may she be fully included in the Great Cosmic Inbreath. This is our service of the moment. In fact, the Gathering of Ascended Humanity is the signal alerting the rest of the Universe that Humanity is indeed preparing herself to be fully included in the Great Cosmic Inbreath. Only when Earth is fully included may the Great Cosmic Inbreath fully proceed for all Planets and Suns. For it may only occur in complete Oneness of all life involved.
‘Standing in the Light’ allows for the flow of Divine Qualities through us as easily and rhythmically as breathing. The Breath flows into us, is experienced as us and then flows out of us to bless the world around us …utilizing the Law of ‘as I AM raised up, so is all life raised up with me’. So, as a Sun of the Sun, we practice the Inbreath/Outbreath as Father/Mother God practices the Inbreath/Outbreath …continually Blessing our Universe as we draw it ever closer to its Divine Potential. I AM the Universe in Action at its Highest Levels …right here and now!

ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELOVED GODDESS OF PURITY …
Greetings to you, oh Flames of Life blazing within the firmament of the I AM Race. I see you as White Fire, the same Pure Light that you abide within as a White Fire Being in the Great Central Sun. And from this Exalted State I project my Consciousness into yours, as one with you in Ascended and Free Consciousness!
Imagine we have a visitation or audience with the Pope or Head of State or Royalty. We would present our very best self, cleaned up and dressed up. Then imagine we were given audience with Father/Mother God and their Regal Court! Because Cosmic Beings see our embodied selves as frequencies of thoughts, feelings and memories (and least of all physical) we should present these inner vehicles in their ‘best shape’. This is the essence of presenting ourselves as ‘empty of ego’. We are ‘cleaned up’ from ego impurities and ‘dressed up in our finest’, expressing the original intent of these vehicles as pure avenues of the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of our Great God Self!
When we envision ourselves as a Sun of the Sun and place ourselves within our Solar Christ Self, Mighty I AM Presence, Causal Body and White Fire Being, we first do so with a momentum of ‘empty of (ego) self’. Therefore, the first part of meditation is the action of emptying ourselves of all thoughts, feelings, memories and activities that pertain to ego …family, work, financial, health issues, etc. that pertain to ego and not to the Limitless Perfection of God. The ‘litmus test’ as to whether a thought or feeling belongs in our meditation is the question…does this thought belong with the Perfection of God or is it an ego concern? If not an expression of God, then let it go.
Purity is a motive that generates that State of Being of achieving Divine Potential, rather than a dogmatic set of behaviors. Guidance for this should come from our Solar Christ Self rather than from external sources. And anything less than the Perfection of God we release from our thoughts and feelings with the Great Command, PEACE! BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD!
Our vehicles of expression should be ‘pure enough’ so that they simply function well on behalf of our Solar Christ Self. It is all held in balance and does not become an obsession. This balance allows us to sustain the majority of our attention on our Spiritual Vehicles …rather than a focus of whether or not our lower vehicles are pure enough. Think of it as a Purity of Focus, rather than a purity of our outer vehicles. Such Purity also allows us to focus more so on our union with Angels and Elementals, permitting us to slide beyond time and space, instantly dwelling with them in their Sphere.
Purity of our physical, etheric, mental and emotional vehicles is nevertheless part of this Purity of Focus. Such Purity in our embodied vehicles allows us to experience the Light of the Great, Great Silence pouring through us and governing daily life …rather than any of the lower vehicles themselves controlling the day. Then we live Ascended and Free, while embodied in form.
WHAT WE THINK AND FEEL WE BRING INTO FORM
Let us more closely examine each vehicle of expression. We begin with our mind or mental body. What we think often determines what we feel and thus our subsequent behavior. There is a saying; ‘it is not so important what happens to us but rather the meaning of what happens to us’, that determines our response. Two people may have the exact same experience. One is left in control and even at peace, whereas the other may be overwhelmed and out of control. It is mostly our beliefs and assumptions about events that determine our response.
If we do a mental check of our core attitude or mind-set about any particular experience, we can more easily remove the ego block at remaining peaceful, even in difficult circumstances[2]. This is the essence of Ascended Mastery while in form …always remaining Harmonious and Serene. Our core beliefs are hidden or sub-consciousness and thus it requires a conscious pause or mental effort to overcome them. If we considered our vehicles of embodiment like a car, then the mental body is the steering wheel, determining what path we travel (smooth or bumpy).
Next let us examine our greatest vehicle, the emotional. Whereas the mental vehicle is visualized around our head area the emotional body is the larger forcefield we live within …head to toe. Just as 80% of our bodies are water, 80% of our energies are emotional. It is like the engine of our car, the power behind our daily experiences. What ever road the mind steers us onto; the emotional body determines how fast or powerfully we go down that road. Every emotional response has a physical correlate and thus our physical body is often but a mirror of our emotional state.[3]
Gaining mastery over our emotional body includes checking our mental assumptions when events occur, calming our bodies through breathing and relaxation (yoga, etc.) and then practicing rhythmic meditations specifically on the Divine Qualities we desire to become (Peace, Compassion, Constancy, etc.). During our meditations, we invoke the Sacred Flame of these desired Divine States and the Angels, Elementals and Ascended Masters who govern the Cosmic flow of these Qualities. This will then change every emotional response towards the Divine. And let us remember, we have all known such emotional mastery in the Inner Spheres, preparing for this embodiment.
Next, we examine the etheric body, where all experiences we have ever been part of are stored. As we achieve purification of the etheric body, the only experiences remaining are of an Ascending nature. Then our etheric body becomes a replica of our Causal Body, the Spheres of Light around our Mighty I AM Presence. Visualize this! Until then we are prone to imbalanced memories being triggered by current events (personal or global). When there is nothing for these current events (from the world of illusion) to connect with in our etheric body (a State of Purity), we are no longer ‘triggered’ and very much more in control of our own destiny. This gives our Divine Potential a much greater chance to express. Let us SEAL (X3) our etheric bodies in the Purity of the Great White Fire.
Sometimes the usefulness of seemingly difficult experiences is to alert our outer mind as to which etheric memories are top priorities to be cleansed. Think on this! This is one way we can change our beliefs about certain difficult events as they happen to us. Instead of being ‘roadblocks’, they may in fact point the way to required purification (the same way a Guru might) and are thus quite useful for us to experience! Imagine …daily life as our Guru!
And completing our ‘four lower vehicles’ is the flesh[4]. It is often said by the Ascended Ones that the flesh is but the repository of the first three. If the etheric, mental and emotional were functioning in Pure Light, then the flesh would outpicture this. The flesh needs it proper balance of what maintains it’s best condition …rest and relaxation, proper nutrients and chemistry, proper stimulation on many levels, proper matrix of electro-magnetic energies, etc. This allows every cell a chance to express its Divine Potential and stay in communion with every other cell in Oneness.
This further allows for the Divine Potential of the Solar Christ Self to express physically…such as manifesting eternal youth and beauty, vigor and strength, clarity and quickness, flexibility and resilience. All of these Qualities of the Solar Christ Self are within the Light. So, constantly, rhythmically standing in the Light steadily builds the foundation for such a miraculous revelation on our atomic-cellular level! And know dear ones that as you embody the Purity of the Light, there I AM!
PURITY THROUGH INVOKING THE SACRED FIRE
For each vehicle the Sacred Fire is the foundation of cleansing the ego and achieving ‘empty of self’ …and thus ‘one with the Way’ of the Solar Christ Self. On the mental level the Violet Fire (Beloved Saint Germain, Lord Zadkiel the Archangel and other Cosmic Beings on the Seventh Ray) can dissolve the cause and core of unwanted beliefs and assumptions, especially those we are aware of but including those we are unaware of. The Invocation of the Circle and Sword of Blue Flame (Lord Michael and Mighty Hercules) can clear the way for purification by breaking down the crystallized patterns of ego, removing all remnants of it from our Forcefield. In its place we then invoke the Clarity and Wisdom of the Buddha and the Compassionate view in all things of Lady Kwan Yin. Invocation of the Cosmic Christ Energies (Lord Maitreya, Beloved Lord Krishna and Beloved Jesus) will flood the feelings with Divine Love that allow us to completely ‘let go and let God’. The Flames of Purity and Ascension (Beloved Serapis Bey and the Elohim Lady Astrea) can accelerate the etheric until only Divine memories are able to vibrate therein.
With the advent of the Feminine Ray on Earth, the development and maintenance of our vehicles is similarly affected. Attunement to the Feminine Ray will automatically bring forward more of such Qualities (flexibility, empathy, connectedness, communion, feeling part of a whole, etc.) into daily experience in each of the vehicles. The more we invoke this Nature and practice it within daily life, the more it becomes us and the more we become Ascended and Free.
This is all part of the Ascension process. As we have learned (in Ascension Concepts) the Ascension Flame reverses the effect of gravity. Spiritual gravity (or inertia) pulls us back to old ego habits, just as physical gravity pulls us to the ground. The Cohesive Power of Divine Love is a Forcefield that transforms separateness into Wholeness, fulfilling our Unity with Divine Potential. When in Union with God Self, we think Ascended and Free; we feel Ascended and Free; we remember Ascended and Free; and we act Ascended and Free! Ascension is Cause and gravity is effect (of non-ascension).
Thus, the Gathering of Ascended Humanity ‘gathers’ all life energies within the Cohesive Power of Divine Love, reversing gravity on a physical, etheric, mental and emotional level. This authorizes all life to proceed upwards in vibration (rather than upwards in space), towards its Divine Potential. We then remain ‘on Earth’ not because of gravity (or spiritual inertia) but because of our Ascended and Free intention and free will to serve life here.
I AM the Flame of Purity. Invoke me often! Live in My Presence!

ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF OUR BELOVED SPIRIT OF ASCENDED AND FREE …
Beloved Cells of my Celestial Body, I greet you from within you, from within the Ascended and Free Consciousness now blossoming within and all around you.
When accounts of Celestial Transmissions are given in this Journal, it is our hope that as you read and contemplate them you hear only the Voice of your own God Presence. For if you receive it from the 'Great Voice from within', it will come with much more specific God Illumination meant only for you. The Energy, Vibration and Consciousness offered originates at a Divine Source but then must be brought into form and function so that it may be read in printed format. Yet it is truly meant only for you ...each of us personally as a Solar Christ Self and all of us collectively …the Gathering of Ascended Humanity.
Because these Divine Transmissions enter your awareness in this printed format, it might be perceived as having received it from ‘the world of form’. Rather, let us tune into each Transmission as if receiving it straight from its original Divine Source. Through our Solar Christ Self, we all have access to any Celestial Source or Divine Intelligence. Through assuming such responsibility of attunement, each Discourse then comes to us directly from our Ascended and Free Consciousness as our Three-fold Flame of Love, Wisdom and Power in action through us.
Our Sun of the Sun encompasses all of us …our physical, etheric, mental and emotional reality, as well as our Higher Dimensions of Solar Christ Self, Mighty I AM Presence, Causal Body and White Fire Being. The purpose of our current spiritual growth is to dwell within our Sun of the Sun and receive into our outer awareness all that our Divine Consciousness has to offer us …until the two become one, with our outer awareness becoming our Ascended and Free Consciousness. We then become revelations of ‘the Most High’ at any point of our day and eventually, through all of our days.
Living within our Sun of the Sun, with all Levels and Dimensions of our God Being available right here and now in daily life, we become an open door that no man can shut …a portal of infinite Light. This is akin to what has been called ‘Stargates’ in science fiction or ‘black holes’ in physics …or possibly even ‘Ezekiel’s wheels’ from the Bible. Each of these concepts gives rise to the promise that Higher Dimensions of Spiritual Reality (‘the Heavens’) may open to Humanity and reveal the Truth of our Divine Reality.
As we solidify our Forcefield as a Sun of the Sun, consecrated only to our Divinity, the effect is to become a ‘portal or open door’ for the Celestial World to reveal itself. Such consecration to our Divinity is not so much a discipline but rather a Joy. For in doing so, we successfully detach from the world of illusion and remain centered in our Peace. Our Forcefield then becomes an Invocation for Higher Dimensional Glory to express in our dimension of daily life. The Bible is replete with many experiences of Higher Dimensions of Divinity opening to the prophets (Ezekiel’s wheels, Moses and the burning bush, etc.) …mostly experiences of Sacred Fire surrounding Celestial Beings.[5] It is the Forcefield of the embodied prophet (any of us now) that initiates this event, even if the outer mind is not always aware of it. This is equally true now as it was in Biblical times.
We all hunger for these events, to somehow prove the Truth of Divinity in our Hearts to the outer world. Yet most of the world joins us in this desire, from whatever religious view point they see it. In Ascended and Free however, we reach past the notion that we may bear witness to such events (as if someone ‘from outside us’ will perform such events for us) and realize that we are the event …while expressing the fullness of our Sun of the Sun …our Ascended and Free Reality. We see past current events of daily life (the realm of effects or circumstances) as having any hold on us and live as a Being of Cause alone!
While expressing our Sun of the Sun and abiding within our Spiritual Freedom, we represent a point of singularity where all dimensions meet (physical, etheric, mental and emotional and all Higher Spiritual Realms) and are regulated by the Divine Intelligence therein (our Mighty God Presence). Our ‘Sun of the Sun’ Forcefield is our eternal legacy of Divinity that desires to express itself here and now on Earth. It is why we are here! Our Sun of the Sun is like our ‘cosmic fingerprint’ on the Infinite I AM. Our physical, etheric, mental and emotional vehicles are but its anchorage of expression so that it may be experienced in the world of form.
Our own vehicles of embodiment are deeply impacted by the constant Radiance of this Forcefield. Imagine the effects of Ascended and Free Energy, Vibration and Consciousness on each of our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies …free from the world of circumstances and free into the Realm of the Ascended Masters and Angels. How might we know we are ever more centered in Ascended and Free, as a Sun of the Sun?
Our Heart would open to Cosmic Love,
so that our Souls sing with Celestial Joy.
Our mind would open to Cosmic Illumination,
sustaining inner Peace, regardless of circumstances.
Our memories (etheric) would open to our Causal Body,
so that we only remember our full Forcefield of Divinity.
Our physical body would open to eternal Health and Wellness,
so that we express the Spiritual Freedom of Being God in form!
Then through this would come revelations of that which is natural in Ascended and Free Consciousness but would seem ‘miraculous’ to the outer mind. Angels and Elementals would dance through our awareness and be seen and heard by others when harmoniously attuned to us. Imagine:
As a Sun of the Sun,
as the Solar Christ in Action,
I AM the Revelation of Angels,
congregating to the Flame of the Great I AM,
in action now through Ascended and Free Humanity.
I AM a Revelation of the Angelic and Elemental Kingdoms,
their Divine Presence, Divine Reality, Divine Qualities!
I AM an Ascended and Free epiphany of Inner Glory!
…both for my own constant joy and serenity,
…and for the Blessing of all who attune to it.
Through ‘I AM that I AM’
pour the Blessings of Heaven
for all who abide in the Light!

[1] “Be the change you want to see in the world” (Mahatma Gandhi)
[2] Without even knowing it, our core beliefs are often ‘absolutes’, as in ‘this never happens to me’ …or ‘this always happens to me’. Examples may be ‘I never seem to have enough money’ or ‘I always get stuck with the hardest job’. If one believes these things then we could see how easily one would feel equally badly. If we simply ‘change the mind’ to beliefs such as ‘I always have enough resources whenever I truly need them’ or ‘I am good at what I do so I enjoy opportunities to solve difficult challenges’, we change our emotional response.
[3] In fact, our emotional body is also intricately tied into our mental body (core beliefs determine our emotions) as well as our etheric/physical body, through stored emotional memories in our etheric matrix. This produces changes in the neuro-hormonal axis of Chakras and endocrine glands, affecting all parts of the body.
[4] The term ‘four lower vehicles’ requires consideration. It should be seen as a scientific term rather than a moral term. The word ‘lower’ refers to vibration or frequency in terms of what domain they are expected to function within, rather than somehow meaning ‘less worthy’ than the ‘higher vehicles’ of the God Self. All of our vehicles are equally necessary in the Divine Plan of an embodied God Presence walking the Earth Ascended and Free. Once free of the wheel of birth and death, we would only have the four ‘higher vibrational’ bodies. It is said that the Ascended Masters maintain perfected physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies as needed when they present themselves before Humanity. But this is much less common now, as the Gathering of Ascended Humanity is to assume that role …Ascended and Free Beings walking the Earth …the return of the I AM Race!
[5] The Bible also contains ‘visions’ of a different nature which involve ‘reading the akashic records’ …that is, witnessing scenes of what may occur if Humanity’s karmic pattern of thinking, feeling and behaving carries on unchanged. This is not the same as Revelation from Ascended and Free Realms. Akashic records are part of the Etheric Realm, which allows an ability to witness a potential future in the present, as the Law of “what you think and feel you bring into form” allows an accurate prediction of exactly what reality will be created given the current patterns. Seeing the future is possible in the Etheric Realm as it operates under Laws that supersede time and space …drawing both past and future into the ever present here and now for a Seer! Of course, once the cause of a pattern changes, the effects also change. This is why we continue to create the future we desire rather than accept one ‘seen for us’ (whether it be the Bible or any modern media attempt to foretell the future. We create an Ascended and Free future through anchoring Ascended and Free patterns here and now!
