ASCENSION CONCEPTS
Dear Ones, everything we accomplish through our Light Service, through Cosmic Themes / Thoughtforms and the Sacred Fires within them, constitutes the Resurrection and the Life of Spiritual Freedom. We Resurrect the Divine Potential for Earth and Humanity as laid out in the Divine Plan by Helios and Vesta and the Elohim when Earth was first created …Spiritual Freedom while living daily life in formed Light Bodies, within a physical environment of Elemental Perfection …while remaining in constant communion with the Angels and Ascended Masters. This Perfection Pattern is what we are (I AM!) Resurrecting.
We come to understand the Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness of every Solar Christ Self …and that collectively this is the Vehicle of the Manu …as well as for the entire Spiritual Hierarchy. We come to understand that the Three-fold Flame functions through this Planetary Vehicle (Sun of Earth) just as it does through our Mighty I AM Presence, through our Solar Christ Self and even through our physical heart, animating our embodied Consciousness. Pouring through this Flame is all the Cosmic Light that ever was, ever will be and is now!
We have called this Higher Frequency Light the Governing God Intelligence of Divine Love. This is the First, Second and Third Rays of Creation, the Holy Trinity …the Holy Triumvirate of Shamballa. Let us take each of these Rays and further meditate on their expanding influence. Governing is the First Ray Omnipotent (all-Powerful) aspect of the Holy Triumvirate. God Intelligence is the Omniscient Wisdom (all-Wise) aspect of the Holy Triumvirate. And Omnipresence (filling everything) is the nature of Divine Love …Holy Spirit, the essence of everything …here, there, everywhere present.
We discover this Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent Reality within the Flame that I AM! We do so when we empty our limited consciousness of self, time and space. This is our Resurrection …and subsequently, the Life of a Solar Christ Self …living, breathing on Earth. Just as Beloved Jesus was resurrected from the tomb as his tangible, functioning Light Body, so now do we claim the same Divine Principle. As Builders of Divine Consciousness, this is the Gathering of Ascended Humanity building our own Divine Reality.
When embedded within our Flame as our True Identity, we know that everything is but Energy, Vibration and Consciousness …on any Sphere or Realm …formed or unformed. So, with this Truth in mind, let us contemplate the aspects of Energy, of Vibration and of Consciousness within both the Feminine and Masculine Rays:

The Cohesive Power of Divine Love
uniting all life in her Ascended State.

Our Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness is the vehicle for the Cosmic Christ, calling forth Humanity from the tomb of ego-creation, into the Higher Light of her Divine Plan. Such Governing God Intelligence of Divine Love is more powerful than any ‘karmic or imbalanced force’ opposing Divine Potential! Now is the hour of this Revelation …and thus, I AM the Resurrection and the Life of Humanity’s permanent Spiritual Freedom, here and now!

ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELOVED MOTHER MARY… On the Immaculate Concept and the New Frequency of Light!
Beloved Ones, Children of the Immaculate Concept: welcome into the Higher Frequency Light of Beloved Lady Sophia, which now enters Earth through the entire Feminine Ray. I have the privileged position of guiding, guarding and directing this New Frequency into Humanity …as the Power of the Immaculate Concept from the Highest Spheres of Light. This Immaculate Concept is a First Ray Power …sustaining the First Intention of Father / Mother God. The Immaculate Concept is also a Second Ray Activity, of sustaining the Governing God Intelligence that springs from this Immaculate Concept, guiding it into fruition. The Immaculate Concept is also a Third Ray Activity, of establishing the Love Nature of Cosmic Holy Spirit, and specifically the Love Nature of Beloved Lady Sophia, accompanied by all the Kumaras of Venus.
Beyond the Three-fold Flame, the Immaculate Concept is also an Activity of the Fourth Ray, of Initiating the Ascension Process …as the Immaculate Concept now declares the immediate Ascension of the 4th and 5th Root Race, along their intended journey with their Manus! It too is an Activity of the Fifth Ray (directed by Myself and Lord Raphael), as the Consecration of Father / Mother God to the Divine Plan of their dearest Children including every soul in each of the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Root Races.
The Immaculate Concept is also a Sixth Ray Activity, in that it is a Mission of Light Service …a Ministry to guide, guard and direct each of these Root Races into their Divine Potential immediately, outside of ‘time restrictions’ (of waiting, frustration and aging). The Immaculate Concept is also a Seventh Ray Activity of Synergy, of the Violet Fire and Feminine Ray, as our Theme and Thoughtform of this Sacred Year affirms. All of this Activity of the Immaculate Concept across all Seven Planetary Rays now plays through the Ascendency of the Feminine Ray …anchored in the Realm of Cause, as well as revealing / resurrecting its outer effects within daily life.
As you know the Cosmic Feminine Ray is principally anchored in South America (Lake Titicaca). The Ascendency of the Feminine Ray within Humanity begins first through that Beloved Continent, then through all the Americas (with ‘America’ an anagram of the ‘I AM Race’) …and, then expanding and projecting across the entire planet. The Children of the Fourth Root Race may first feel this impulse ….the aboriginal or ‘First Peoples’ who have guided, guarded and directed the Earth for eons …before the ascendency of the Fifth Root Race. It is the Fifth Root Race that has brought further progress in civilization and technology …but also the imbalance of the heightened Masculine Ray.
These two Root Races are to now see their Immaculate Concept initiated, revitalized, activated …revealing an accelerated Consciousness through a New Frequency of Light from Cosmic Realms. This rejuvenated Immaculate Concept is a Vision of both the 4th and 5th Root Races as First Intended, before the laggards came with concepts of ego-self, time and space …and, the generation of endless karmic experiences (discord, disease, distress and decay) that has evolved since. This now ends! Such Revelation is the Purpose of this New Light of the Immaculate Concept that now enters from much Higher Frequency Spheres …from beyond even the Sun Goddess Lady Sophia! Beloved Ones, you have made the call and the answer comes!
RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE
This Activity of New Light is an aspect of the Resurrection and the Life …the Resurrection of Divine Potential …and the Life of living, thriving Perfection Patterns that were intended by Father / Mother God and the Elohim of Creation for each Root Race before even this world was! This is an immediate goal and always present outside the restriction of time. All the Forces of the Spiritual Hierarchy are aimed at this goal. This is New Light with New Purpose and New Solutions for Humanity! More than the outer world reflects, our already accomplished Light Service has brought Humanity much closer to a Reality beyond self, time and space than she knows. And thus, Divine Revelation may now take place at an accelerated pace …until it appears to be instantaneous …with none of the restrictions of self (disbelief, doubt), time (waiting) or space (separation or distance)!
When Beloved Jesus ‘called forth Lazarus from the tomb,’ he signaled the Power of this Immaculate Concept. Even death (as the eventual outcome of karma and ego) could not hold back the Forcefield of Divine Potential the Resurrection Flame brings. Resurrection is always done in the Name of the Cosmic Christ. It was Beloved Lord Krishna who brought the Original Cosmic Christ Energies to Earth. It is now his Divine Twin, Lady Sophia, who brings an accelerated Feminine Ray counterpart to the original Christ Energies, into this present Cosmic Moment. This now allows that our Light Service given in the Name of the Cosmic Christ, only occurs within the perfect Harmony and Balance of Masculine and Feminine Ray Cosmic Christ! Contemplate this!
A NEW FREQUENCY OF LIGHT …AND, A NEW FREQUENCY OF SERVICE TO THE LIGHT!
We are now aware of a New Frequency of Light from Cosmic Realms. This brings a heightened individual and collective responsibility to the Light, in order that the Earth generates a New Frequency of her own Light from within Humanity, allowing her to Ascend within the Great Cosmic Inbreath. This is the Calling of the Moment …that which Beloved Saint Germain journeyed to the Great Central Sun to invoke on behalf of Humanity …her permanent Spiritual Freedom! We are (I AM!) its fulfillment!
Let us visualize a magnificent flowering of the Feminine Ray …perhaps as the White Lily of the Ascension …or, perhaps the White Lotus of Buddhic Compassion and Spiritual Freedom that grows from the Healing Waters of the Feminine Ray. This Flower is a Quantum, Multi-dimensional Mandala of Light. At its very core are Beloved Elohim Purity and his Divine Twin, Lady Astrea …the Elohim of the Resurrection Ray.
Such a Flower need not go anywhere ‘in space’ in opening her Beauty; for her Harmony and Balance exists eternally in the mind. She simply magnetizes all Humanity into her Perfection Patterns …all within the domains of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness. A Higher Frequency of Divine Light from this Purity Flame now seals this sweet Earth in her Light …dissolving / transmuting the confusion and sadness of the 4th and 5th Root Races (who took on the laggards as the ultimate ‘act of sacrifice’). At the same time, this Cosmic Ray of Purity unlocks the Divine Potential of the 6th and 7th Root Race into newfound Glory. From this Cosmic Flower of Feminine Ray Activity flows all the New Light of the Immaculate Concept …and, the Governing God Intelligence of Divine Love needed for this complete Victory on Earth. It expresses as every Solar Christ Self come forth within daily life, a global Forcefield of Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness.
Speaking as a Mother of Humanity to my dear Children of the Immaculate Concept, please remember that our usefulness as Light Servers within embodiment is not so much judged on our present circumstances of embodiment (beneficial or difficult), but rather the long record of Service to the Light over many previous embodiments and even before embodiment, on other Planetary Systems. You were granted this embodiment for Light Service because of having an exemplary record, as examined by the Karmic Board. I know, for I was there! So be at peace and aim to achieve a simple Harmony and Balance in this present embodiment …and, through this achievement, Victory is Ours!
Being empty of self, time and space brings us to this Higher Frequency Light. It now seals and transmutes the past karmic experiences of the 4th and 5th Root Race, allowing them to reach their Spiritual Freedom. See and feel their collective Three-fold Flame expanding and projecting its tangible Governing God Intelligence of Divine Love within daily life. What occurs on the Higher Planes (with their Manus Lord Himalaya and Vaisasvata) now more rapidly translates to outer life. They more perfectly reflect the Presence of their Manus, as they achieve the Divine Potential of their God Presence.
And achieving Holy Communion with their God Presence is the essence of Holy Spirit. For the Solar Christ Self can function equally well in the Cosmic Spheres of Light, as in the world of form. Let us contemplate this Reality in daily Light Service, as our ‘wakeful meditation’ within daily life. Let there be no separation between ‘spiritual meditation’ and ‘routines of daily life.’ This is what the Ceremonial Aspect of the Seventh Ray means. Life becomes a continuous Ceremonial of Ascended and Free Consciousness, whether serving on Cosmic Realms or serving in daily life …whether profoundly meditating or in activities of routine living …as both are equally Holy!
Along this heightened Feminine Ray, Beloved Mother God Vesta has ‘vested you’ with this New Light and, ‘vested the Gathering of Ascended Humanity’ with a New Frequency of Service to the New Light! At its core is greater Purity, accelerated Resurrection and quickened Ascension! This New Frequency of Light is being directed into all areas of the Royal Kingdoms of Angels and Elementals …and, into Humanity’s daily life. Now the Mighty Directors of the Elemental Kingdom infuse all Elemental life manifesting on Earth with this New Frequency of the Immaculate Concept. Think of it. With this Elemental Kingdom acceleration, each time Humanity drinks water or cleans with water, they are infused with Higher Order Immaculate Concept. Each time Humanity touches the earth element, greater infusion with Higher Frequency Immaculate Concept occurs. Each breath of air brings us closer to the Divine Potential of our Immaculate Concept. And all aspects of the fire element, that warms our homes or our food, accelerates us towards our Divine Plan fulfilled. We now reach Humanity’s Divine Potential through the Elemental Kingdom! Contemplate this!
Further to this New Light revealing itself as a Quantum, Multi-dimensional Mandala of Light, let us see each Sun of the Sun (Solar Christ Self) in the same Thoughtform …billions of White Flower Quantum Mandalas. When taken together (standing in the Light), this forms the global Multi-dimensional Quantum Mandala of the Cosmic Christ’s Governing God Intelligence of Divine Love …revealed as our Sun of Earth, at the core of our Star of Spiritual Freedom (Theme and Thoughtform of 2015).
As we grow into this Heightened Light Service in our True Identity as a Sun of the Sun, we begin to feel and experience that the Cosmic Flow of Electronic Light from the Mighty I AM Presence is no longer restricted to a slim cord of Light (the Silver Cord). Rather, as our Ascension proceeds, this infusion of Cosmic Light expands until it becomes a River of Light …as large as the Mantle of Light surrounding us from the Mighty I AM Presence. This is why being Transfigured in the Light occurs when our Three-fold Flame expands to unite with (‘touch the hem of the garment of’) our Mantle of Light (sometimes called the Tube of Light). For then we are in the full Cosmic Stream of our Mighty I AM Presence and live life as the Solar Christ Self on Earth in that same Cosmic Moment. It comes with the full Cosmic Dispensation of Love, Wisdom and Power directed by the Mighty I AM Presence in its Cosmic Service to Life …now Divinely Directed on Earth!
REVELATION
Revelation comes from a Sacred Process …known as ‘the Resurrection and the Life.’ When something is resurrected, it is then revealed! Like a diamond in the earth, it was always there but needed to be unearthed, discovered …but now discovered within Consciousness. When Beloved Jesus was resurrected from the tomb, he revealed himself to the early Christian Faithful. We all anticipate ‘Revelation’ (of a New Age), but we must understand that Revelation now proceeds from Resurrection …and is ‘revealed to the Faithful’ …those desiring a New Earth based on Divine Love, which is the majority of Humanity! Trust in this! It is their Law of Free Will in action. This is their time!
The Feminine Ray is open and receptive to Revelation and brings this ‘discovery consciousness’ to Humanity. The Feminine Ray is open and receptive to transformation and the acceleration of frequency. This process, although desired, invoked and in fact necessary, may also cause anxiety in individuals, families, communities, nations, races, religions and cultures that are only comfortable with ‘the old ways’ and do not yet desire change …in fact, resist it. We, who anchor the Immaculate Concept of the Feminine Ray, do so from the level of Cause ...and, as to the effects that such change brings, we simply hold the Immaculate Concept for the Harmony and Balance of all involved.
Revelation under the Feminine Ray arises from understanding and anchoring the Truth of Multi-dimensional Reality. We already see some of these changes in our accelerated understanding of ourselves, our families, our communities and in society at large. The coming year (2016) is to Initiate a Cycle of Revelation and Discovery, under the Illumination of the Feminine Ray, its Mighty Anchorage by God and Goddess Meru assisted by the Divine Director himself, Beloved Lord Saithru. Outside of the restrictions of self, time and space, much is to be discovered within Humanity’s Ocean of Consciousness …individually and collectively!
Beloved Ones, the Masculine Ray and Feminine Ray form the spiritual poles of Earth …as well of society …and, of planetary Consciousness itself. For the sake of visualization, we may see these as two poles on a continuum. Physically, the Masculine Ray is anchored through Himalayan Mountains in the northern hemisphere …with its Focus projecting and thrusting upwards (and difficult to climb). The Feminine Ray, in comparison, is anchored through Lake Titicaca in the Southern Hemisphere ...a very large lake …open, inviting, accepting, inclusive and easier to access. The Feminine Ray is based on Inclusiveness.
So, let us consider Multi-dimensional Inclusiveness …the ‘Infinite Circle of Light inclusive of all life living free in the Light’ (seen in our Ascended and Free declaration). ‘Multi-dimensional Inclusiveness’ is being aware of the many dimensions of life occurring simultaneously all the time ...outside of time and space. It is not a matter of ‘keeping track’ of its complexity but simply being open and receptive that in living our Flame, we are constantly open and receptive to receiving a blessing from every other dimension of our Being …or any God Being, in that moment! And simultaneously, we are open and receptive to giving a blessing to every other ‘dimensional aspect of life’ in that moment …and, then ‘moment to moment’ thereafter. This is Ascended Mastery!
Other ‘dimensions’ to be open and receptive to, in Multi-dimensional Reality, would include all elemental life around us ...from the four elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water …to their Elemental Spirits, Devas, Silent Watchers and Elohim. It would include the dimensions of the Angels of all graded Orders, from the tiniest Angel holding a momentary Immaculate Concept for a fleeting aspect of manifestation ...to Mighty Archangels during their Cosmic Service around this and other Planets and Solar Systems. It would include the Angels and Elementals in service to our vehicles …and their Divine Director, our Beloved Body Elemental. It would also include the cells, atoms and electrons of our embodied being and the life force taking place at that dimension of being ...all teeming with Divine Potential.
Again, it is not in ‘remembering and keeping track’ …but rather in allowing our Flame to open like a flower, needing to go nowhere in time and space but just to ‘be in the moment.’ Our True Identity as Eternal Flame will do this perfectly if not interfered with by ego, time or space restrictions. For it lives its existence within its own Governing God Intelligence of Divine Love. It is the Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent God we all desire to be …and that now, I AM!
‘Multi-dimensional Inclusiveness’ is based on this Governing God Intelligence of Divine Love, our Three-fold Flame in action. It will allow us to be under its Divine Direction and therefore be in the right and perfect place, at the right and perfect time, doing the right and perfect thing ...all with none of the typical requirements of time and space. Here, ego has dissolved into Oneness Consciousness, allowing the Solar Christ Self to live the Mighty I AM Presence in daily life.
Our Eternal Flame allows its Governing God Intelligence to manifest or reveal magnificent examples of the Feminine Ray ...of the Love Ray in action! Our Infinite Radiant Light also allows us to be the Perfection Patterns of the Masculine Ray, of Illumined Power under the Direction of Divine Love. The Resurrection and the Life requires this Illumined Power of the Masculine Ray to ensure the Victory of Humanity …Ascended and Free!
All of the process just described above is the Ceremonial Ray of the Violet Fire ...an Inner Ceremony guided by our own Divine Director, our True Identity as an Eternal Flame …living the Mighty I AM Presence as the Solar Christ Self in daily life. It is the Forcefield invoked by Beloved Saint Germain when he journeyed to the Great Central Sun on Humanity’s behalf. It is the core of his New Age of Spiritual Freedom.
Our Eternal Flame and its Infinite Radiant Light will take us into whatever Multi-dimensional Reality we need to be in, to best serve the Ascension of Humanity in that moment. And our True Identity allows all this to happen within a simple daily life. We do not need to 'be in the sanctuary' to live our Multi-dimensional Reality. Our simplified daily life becomes our Sanctuary. Think of how I (Mother Mary) lived my life ...holding the Immaculate Concept both within the early, active Christian Dispensation (a difficult time) …as well as after my ‘withdrawal into a cloistered life,’ once the Disciples had their callings (becoming a simple gardener at my small home outside Ephesus).
Yet also think of the majestic existence of Lady Vesta in the Sun and Central Sun, also a representative of the Immaculate Concept and of the Feminine Ray! It is said Beloved Helios and Vesta strike the perfect Harmony and Balance …with Beloved Helios only able to expand the borders of the Kingdom of Heaven as far as Beloved Lady Vesta can hold it all in Divine Love …sustaining its Immaculate Concept. The Feminine Ray thrives in both the simple mundane aspects of life, as well as the Creation of the Cosmos on an Infinite Scale.
The Feminine Ray focus of Meru Gods is now the major Focus of God Illumination for Humanity. The expansion and projection of this Cosmic Flame is from the Eternal Sun of Even Pressure in the Center of Earth through every Three-fold Flame, in or between embodiment. This is the basis of Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness and thus becomes the Vehicle of the World Teacher. For it is the Feminine Ray Oneness Consciousness that allows our Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness to guide, guard and direct Humanity into her Spiritual Freedom …through discoveries in Consciousness …a Teacher of the World!
As the Feminine Ray gains predominance, Humanity will know she needs go nowhere in time and space, for now it all comes to her ...all the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness, all the Quantum State qualities and experiences, all the Energy, Matter and Intelligence necessary. The ‘spiritual quest’ (of the Masculine Ray) now becomes ‘the spiritual flower opening in place’ (of the Feminine Ray). Multi-dimensional Inclusiveness now allows us to be under the Divine Direction of our Flame. This is the principal discipline of our Ascension under the Feminine Ray.
Just as Beloved Jesus went to the Focus of the Great Divine Director (on his trek to India) and came away with the mantra of his Christian Ministry (I AM the Resurrection and the Life!) …so too have we been offered a mantra of this present moment:
I AM the Feminine Ray, open and receptive.
I AM its Governing God Intelligence of Divine Love.
I AM its Multi-dimensional Inclusiveness.
I AM its Multi-dimensional Revelation!
I AM an open and receptive Flame!
I AM Multi-dimensional Inclusiveness,
now present in the daily life of Humanity.
I AM Humanity’s Feminine Ray Ascendency! [1]
Beloved Ones; let us go forth and be the Feminine Ray World Teacher for Humanity. Let us expand and project a Focus of Light of the Divine Qualities of the Feminine Ray …stronger than any focus of imbalance. Let us practice our Trust and Faith in our Truth …that the Feminine Ray Frequency is the Cohesive Power of Divine Love now uniting all life in her Ascended State.
Finally, as Builders of Divine Consciousness, let us invoke the Mighty Elohim to always be present in our co-creation of a New Age of Spiritual Freedom, through the Synergy of the Feminine Ray and Seventh Ray Violet Fire. I AM …together standing in the Light of Resurrection …invoking the Steps of Precipitation …co-creating a ‘Revelation in Consciousness,’ of the New Levels of Multi-dimensional Reality and Inclusiveness within the New Frequencies of Spiritual Freedom. Let us give the Elohim Chant, where we visualize the Crown of the Elohim upon our heads (and remembering the Sixth and Seventh Rays are reversed, so that all Elohim Creation is eternally sealed in Peace Divine).
