ASCENSION CONCEPTS:
From out the Sacred Month of Resurrection and the Descent of Holy Spirit pervading the Mystic Month of May comes now the Radiation of Good Will. This greets me as a mystical revelation in my own Divinity, which accelerates the function of my Creative Faculties. I further embrace this experience through my outer senses. I radiate God's Will through all that I see, all that I hear and all that I touch. Through my Light, I AM the open door of empowerment for the Good Will (Divine Potential) of every person, place, condition and thing that comes into my sphere of influence …that ‘touches the hem of my garment’. For my aura is but the Light I stand within, the radiation of my Flame and its infinite empowerment of the Divine Potential for all things in my life …of all things in all life!
The Cohesive Power of Divine Love uniting all life in her Ascended State is embodied on Earth as Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness! This matrix of unity is invincible, as it is the manifestation of Indivisible Flowing Wholeness within Universal I AM. Living within Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness we realize: Divine Love is revealed in one’s own Divine Consciousness, while always in oneness with all other Divine Consciousness! Contemplate this, for it is an especially evident Truth that is currently flourishing within Humanity.
The Will of God is Light! The Will of God is the Light of Divine Potential! It pours out of my own Heart Flame …which is the same Three-fold Flame within my Mighty I AM Presence …and within the Eternal Sun of Even Pressure at the Center of the Earth …and within the Sun of Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega and Eloha and Elohae. It floods the Universe at quantum levels. It comes to full fruition in daily life through the Creative Faculties of all Divine Beings, including my Solar Christ Self on Earth. This is the meaning of Sun of the Sun …that I AM a Source of Good Will …a source of Divine Potential and the Light in which it flourishes, for every aspect of my life and for the entire world.
This is my Spiritual Responsibility and my Spiritual Freedom!
I AM God in Action …everywhere present!

Beloved Spirit Sparks within Earth shining Divine Potential, I bring you the Light and Love of all who serve with you along God’s First Ray.
God's Will is a process. Perfection is a process. It is the process of Divine Potential being given the fertile field of Ascended and Free Consciousness in order to reach its Divine Destiny …of bringing a blessing to life or forwarding the overall Divine Plan in some fashion. Within Humanity, the idea of perfection is debated as to content, as no one can predict the outcome of the process. It depends entirely on the individual consciousness involved. As you know, ego consciousness brings suffering and dis-ease, whereas Divine Consciousness brings Ascended and Free Reality and the fulfillment of all Divine Potential. The latter we see as the immediate and only future of Earth …her Immaculate Concept!
The Laws of Life and the Seven Steps to Precipitation present the process of how the right and perfect outcome, the ‘unique perfection’ for all involved, can be accomplished. That is why we ask you to become ‘empty of self’ and one with ‘the Way’. Empty means free of ego interference and the Way is Ascended and Free Consciousness being the ‘only Presence’ and ‘the only begotten Sun’ directing life’s unfolding at that moment. And then, onto the next moment …staying only ‘in the moment’!
THE LAW OF LIFE
What I think and feel, I bring into form.
What my attention is upon, that I become.
Where my attention goes my energy flows
and my energy is my life.
Where my attention is there I AM,
for I AM my Consciousness.
What I meditate upon, I become.
And SO IT IS!
THE SEVEN STEPS TO PRECIPITATION[1]
As many of you know, the Seven Steps to Precipitation are the application of the Seven Rays of Planetary Christhood within the Creative Process. It is the progression whereby the Divine Potential within Universal I AM is passed through the Seven Spheres of Creation within Humanity’s Consciousness when functioning at the Christ Level. Precipitation is drawing the Light Essence of the Universe into form …the principles of quantum physics (Energy, Vibration and Consciousness) translated into the principles of mechanical physics (form and function).
Let us pass through these Seven Steps to Precipitation. Let us do so as if we were a Spirit Spark first passing through the Seven Spheres of God in preparation for embodiment with our Manu, on Earth. We would stay in each Sphere until we had mastered its momentum, with this momentum then becoming part of our own Causal Body. This is how we eventually reproduce the Seven Spheres of God as our own Causal Body!
It is best to visualize ourselves in this exercise using our Creative Faculties of the Crown and Scepter of God Authority. In the beginning, Father/Mother God endowed us with the Instruments of Power in the Activity of Creation. The Crown is symbolic of our oneness with Divine Consciousness, especially when seen as the Twelve-fold Crown of the Elohim around our head. The Scepter we hold in our hand (the hand being the action of the Heart) is the symbolic Rod of Power, anchoring God Authority at a particular point in the Universe. It is also seen as our Solar Spine, with the Chakras in perfect function and alignment along the spine.
The Seven Steps to Precipitation begins with Divine Will. This is proceeding out from the Sun’s Flame and entering the First Sphere of God. Here a decision is made to bring some aspect of Divine Potential into the world of from. This is our Divine Intent, and we magnetize around it the Powers of Faith, Will, Volition, Desire and Resolve. We bask in the Cosmic Blue Flame and its Radiance of Light until we embody Divine Will and fully align our Heart and Mind with its Divine Intent!
Next, we pass into the Sphere of Divine Illumination and Wisdom. Here within the Mind of God our Intent and Will take shape, as a plan or design. Here the Immaculate Concept of Pure Will is drawn out into ‘blueprint form.’ Immersed in the Golden / Yellow Flame, our meditation brings an outline to our resolve …bringing initial form to an aspect of Divine Potential.
Then we pass into the third Sphere of Divine Love. Here we pour our Loving Adoration into the plan and build around it a Forcefield of Gratitude for the opportunity of being God-in-Action. We meditate within the Pink Flame of Adoration …knowing Adoration and Gratitude are the greatest open door for further blessings. Its Radiance of Love and Light blazes through us. Here we focus our own personal Love Nature into the plan. It then carries our own Electronic Pattern into the atomic world of form.
Next, we pass into the Fourth Sphere of Purity. Here the White Ray and its Flame continually resurrect within us the original intent and plan. Here we stay focused on the original purity of the Divine Potential we chose to bring into form. We stay free of wandering from the path originally chosen for our blessing. Purity, Resurrection and Ascension now become momentums embodied through us.
Then we pass into the Fifth Sphere of Truth, Consecration and Concentration. This is our training to again remain one-pointed, fully concentrating on the intent of our Precipitation. We continue to live our lives balanced and harmoniously, all the while ‘rendering unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s.’ Yet our inner Reality is wholly concentrated on our Divine Potential coming to full precipitation! We build a momentum of Consecration to our service, immersed in this Sacred Emerald Green Radiance.
Then we pass into the Seventh Sphere[2] and bask in the Flame of Spiritual Freedom and Divine Rhythm. Here we rhythmically apply our Consciousness into the task, utilizing our Creative Faculties. We create a Ceremonious Invocation to the Sacred Fire, through decrees and affirmations, songs and chants, meditations and visualizations, movement and ceremony. Here we abide with the Amida Buddha within the Violet Fire …living in the world yet remaining centered in the Land of Infinite Light and Boundless Splendor.
Finally, we pass into the Ruby / Gold Sixth Sphere of Peace, making certain that our Precipitation is sealed in Cosmic Peace, ensuring its permanency! Here we are joined by the Cosmic Presence of Peace, the Ascended Beings, Angels and Elementals of all Orders of Peace! PEACE, BE STILL …AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD!
GOD'S WILL …LET THERE BE LIGHT!
Father/Mother God gives us our individual God Presence so that we might be their Presence in action …everywhere present. We stand here in their Name (I AM!) …like explorers of the New World who came in the Name of the King or Queen. And the authority to say so is God’s Light flowing through us …to say so and to BE so!
It has been said by the Ascended Masters that: The will of God is Light! Thus, the only aspect of God’s Will that concerns Father/Mother God is that they provide a constant River of Light so that their children may go forth and create an endless Universe of Perfection. ‘Let there be Light!’ is God’s first command within Genesis …that is, within creation! And from that first Command (a process), the rest of Divine Will (its content) is up to our own Divinity and those around us.
It takes the germinated seed falling into fertile soil to grow the perfect tree. Divine Potential is like the germinated seed and Ascended and Free Consciousness is the fertile ground it must fall into in order to reach its God Power in Creation. Father/Mother God is the yin and yang of germination in the quantum field of Light and Sacred Fire. But as to guiding that Divine Potential into the world of form, into creation, the Consciousness into which that seed drops is what decides the outcome …ego creation or Ascended and Free Blessing. This is the choice of Humanity, and we are at the cusp of this fundamental change for all eternity (ego transformed to Ascended and Free Consciousness).
This Perfection process (empty of self …one with the Way) can be summarized into daily life by the following affirmation:
Live Simply. Love Generously.
Care Deeply. Speak Kindly.
And leave the rest to God.[3]
We simplify our lives for the purpose of becoming and remaining one-pointed in this service. We remain focused on offering the fertile field of our Ascended and Free Consciousness to all the Divine Potential that comes into our keeping. This ensures that all blessings intended by Father/Mother God through us comes to fruition. We do not pretend to know the content of God’s Will …only that we set up the circumstances for it to occur. We then remain detached from the ‘outcome’ of this process. This is God's Will for us and for all who seek to further the New Age of Spiritual Freedom …a Divine Process of living in Ascended and Free Consciousness, rather than any particular ‘content’ to be created. Perfection in the process will take care of the right and perfect content coming into creation and thus blessing daily life.
There is ‘content’ to God's Will, but it entirely depends on the individual Divine Consciousness in action at that moment. Father/Mother God has in mind endless blessings of Glory, Comfort, Awe and Majesty for all life. And these blessings are the content that is uniquely decided by each Child of God. Any two Ascended Masters may partake in the same moment of Divine Potential, and the result may be different yet perfect. This is the infinite potential for Perfection that exists within the Universe across all the Children of God, along all the Rays of Divine Expression, across all Dimensions of Being. It all depends on the Will, Illumination and nature of Love of the Intelligence ...in short, the nature of their Three-fold Flame evolved over eons.
And the same is now true for we who serve in the Gathering of Ascended Humanity in our individual Ascended and Free Consciousness. Into all moments of Divine Potential we apply our Consciousness, evolved along our principal Ray and all the Divine Dynamics in action within our Causal Body. Consider the following affirmation for every moment of daily life:
I AM the miracle working Presence of God in Action here!
I AM quantum Reality superseding atomic form and function!
Every moment of every day of our lives, we are ‘an interaction with primal Light’. This Divine Light is streaming in from the Mighty I AM Presence …from Quantum State into the world of form. Our creative faculties then direct it into creation …guided either by ego consciousness or by Ascended and Free Consciousness. The outcome will be distinctly different depending on which level of Consciousness we are centered within. The electron will appear where we seek it (karmic legacy or Ascended and Free Blessing). CONSCIOUSNESS DICTATES REALITY is our Truth!
FESTIVAL OF GOOD WILL
As taught by the Spiritual Hierarchy, the month of June celebrates the Festival of Good Will. This is a celebration of this Divine Process, whereby Humanity gleans their part in Divine Creation and then sends forth their blessing into daily life. There are billions of souls (upon Earth and awaiting embodiment) that potentially offer a unique gift to Humanity. This is everyone adding their gift of ‘Divine Consciousness guiding Divine Potential into Divine Creation!’ It may be a simple kind word at the right and perfect time …or a major discovery that will dramatically transform daily life on Earth. It matters not to Father/Mother God …only that each has their gift added to the whole. For this is the Divine Plan for the I AM Race on Ascended and Free Earth.
From the perspective of the Spiritual Hierarchy, there is more and more momentum of Good Will coming into daily life than ever before since the ‘great fall’ of man. One can see this through seeking the ‘good news of the day’, either from the media or from one’s own life. Those within the specific Forcefield of ‘Ascended and Free’ hold this Immaculate Concept for all Humanity until its Divine Potential is completely fulfilled …only Good Will throughout all of daily life! We agree to ‘be at Peace’ in doing so, knowing that Victory is already ours in this service. Our deep conviction and understanding of this relieve us from any impatience …knowing our service is in the Realm of Cause, beyond time and space.
Thus, we abide in the Great, Great Silence, enveloped in our Three-fold Flame, looking out at a world we are re-creating ‘in the image and likeness of God’ …Divine Process and Divine Content. Our vision is: Let there be Light! …streaming through individual Divine Consciousness! …with no interference of ego! This is the ongoing and eternal Festival of Good Will found everywhere else in the Ascended and Free Universe! This is God's Will for Earth!

ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELOVED SAINT GERMAIN …
Beloved Friends of Spiritual Freedom and my cherished co-servers in the Temple of Daily Life, welcome into the embrace of the Fires of Transformation. I AM responsible before Father/Mother God for the current Transformation of Ages upon our sweet Earth. And so, I turn to you in this endeavor for Holy Communion.
As Cosmic Cycles progress and Ages change, the inner quantum state within Divine Life transforms. That means that even the nature of Sacred Fire and Divine Light accelerates. Contemplate this. Great Cosmic Beings govern the Forces within Sacred Fire. In their Cosmic Councils they fathom the needs of the I AM Race in question and their next stage of Cosmic Development. They ‘tune’ the nature of Divine Light accordingly …like one might ‘tune’ a piano. This takes place in the Temples of Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega and Eloha and Elohae …that is, on all levels of Father/Mother God. Regarding Earth, this process has been underway for a while. I have the privilege of being its emissary to Earth, for the development of an I AM Race on Earth.[4]
This has led to the present state of God’s Light radiating to Earth …that the principal Quality within the quantum state of Light is that of the Seventh Ray. This is how Father/Mother God raises up their Universe, through transformation of the inner Quantum State of Sacred Fire and its Radiant Light. This is specifically done through the Great Cosmic Inbreath and opening of Great Cosmic Highways. With this, there are new Powers unleashed, new levels of Illumination and Wisdom to be gained and a new measure of Divine Love to manifest before Humanity. There are Cosmic Highways open as never before for assistance from every corner in the Universe. There is New God Authority in setting the Tone of Reality …transforming from the age of karma into the Age of God …into the Permanent Age of Spiritual Freedom!
I invite you, my embodied co-servers in this endeavor, to claim this New God Authority. In any experience we may declare:
By the Power invested in me as a Sun of the Sun,
I now declare this experience as an expression
of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom.
And then relax in Harmony, ‘seeing the electron’ in its Ascended and Free State …no longer accepting the illusion of ongoing karmic distress. This is the practice of our own Spiritual Freedom! Contemplate that! We choose to live in Ascended and Free Consciousness and no longer allow karmic patterns to dictate our own personal reality. It is not denial of a lower reality …it is choosing the Higher Reality! And then we follow this with our Great Faith that as I AM raised up, so is all life raised up with me! And since the Quantum State of Sacred Fire and the nature of its Light is transforming …even as I AM transforming …then I know with certainty that:
What I visualize, I may choose,
and what I choose to see is Real!
The Divine Potential of every person, place,
condition and thing I place my attention on is
more real to me than any notion of illusion or karma.
This is my chosen Reality and my Spiritual Freedom.
I choose a world of Angels, Sacred Fire, visible
Rays of God’s Light and only Divine Potential fulfilled!

COME HOLY SPIRIT COME
Beloved Ones, to assist your spiritual confidence in this, we enter a glorious month of June. It begins on the cusp of May 31, Pentecost[5], or the descent of Holy Spirit to the disciples of the incoming New Age (at that point, the Christian Dispensation.) Rather than involving only a handful of people, this event is now global and involves countless Lightservers, known or unknown to themselves or others[6]. Then following Pentecost, the entire month of June is the Radiance of the gifts of Holy Spirit. And just as this event was the true mystical beginning of the Christian Dispensation, its renewal each year is a New Beginning of the Seventh Ray Dispensation. This Truth is the Spiritual Foundation of the Festival of Good Will which proceeds throughout June.
The descent of Holy Spirit and its ensuing Festival of Good Will captures all of this …a portal of infinite ‘Quantum State’ life rushing into the world[7] …manifesting as Divine Qualities. The essence of all spiritual life is in its feeling nature, and its core of Spiritual Freedom is the Qualities of Holy Spirit. This includes all the Children of Love, the Third Ray of the Holy Trinity manifesting across its spectrum, from Third to Seventh Ray.
But it also includes the Ascended and Free initiations that these Divine Qualities establish …including (but not limited to): instantaneous God Illumination (truly understanding everything in the ‘present moment’ of one’s life); healing …quantum reality (perfect form and function) directed through our Creative Faculties superseding karmic reality (disease or distress); ‘speaking in tongues’ (accepting, understanding and honoring all other Humanity); precipitation (The Seven Steps to Precipitation); and, levitation … truly being here, there and everywhere present through our projected Light and Consciousness.
With this mystical rejuvenation through Holy Spirit descending on us each year, certain Forcefields become invaluable in clearing the way for these gifts of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness to reach their right and perfect place in Humanity’s daily life. One such Forcefield is the Grand Triangle of Three Fire Signs. This Forcefield is the inner quantum state of Sacred Fire and its Radiant Light manifesting on Earth through all three kingdoms, Angels, Elementals and Ascended and Free Humanity. This functioning Brotherhood of the Three Kingdoms is one of the indispensable signals for Humanity’s inclusion in the Great Cosmic Inbreath.
Sealing you entirely in my Electronic Pattern, the Maltese Cross, I leave you in the Fiery Glory of your own Divinity …Together, standing in the Light!
