ASCENSION CONCEPTS
Before time, the Divine Instrument was originally designed to be an easy expression of Celestial Life within the realm of form. This proved a great success in the early Root Races, Spirit embodied in Elemental Perfection, both within and around the body (referred to as Adam and Eve within the Garden of Eden). The Mighty I AM Presence simply projected a portion of its Cosmic Flame into the crucible of form …Quantum Reality entering physical reality. Around this Flame of Life gathered the five Elemental Forcefields …Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Then, the four vehicles for expressing Light on Earth (physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies) were formed through the Divine Intention of Flame directing the Sacred Substance within these Elemental Forcefields. And Lo, Father/Mother God was embodied on Earth …as Flame within form! Their Universe was replicated as us … a Central Sun and its seven local Suns manifested as the Three-fold Flame and its seven planetary chakras governing all aspects of daily life. ‘Heaven on Earth’ reigned through the early Root Races!
After the ‘great sacrifice’ of voluntarily taking on the laggards (so that they may have opportunity for the Ascension) and the subsequent ‘great fall’ in consciousness, came the necessity of an arbitrator, a vehicle to bridge the schism of separation between Humanity and Divine Consciousness. A great call went out to the Universe to resolve this separation, and many answered. Beloved Sanat Kumara came from the Love Star Venus to stabilize the needed Light on Earth to save her from dissolution. But others came as well to solve this problem of re-introducing Divine Light and Ascended and Free Consciousness into the world. Beloved Krishna and Sophia, Father/Mother God of the System to which Venus belongs, brought the advent of the Holy Christ Self, the Divine Mediator between Humanity and the Eternal Realms of Light.
Hence ‘the solution’ was named for Krishna (the Holy ‘Christ’ Self) and would always be enveloped in its Immaculate Concept (its Divine Potential) by the Feminine Ray of Wisdom (Sophia). This same Divine drama was then replicated through many Dispensations / Ages / Avatars, including the Christian Dispensation (with Beloved Mother Mary enveloping Beloved Jesus ‘Christ’ in the Feminine Ray Wisdom of the Immaculate Concept). And this same Principle continues to play out now through Ascended and Free Humanity …until every soul on Earth is Ascended and Free! Now the ‘Christ’ is each Solar Christ Self united in Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness as the Divine Instrument within Ascended and Free Humanity!
Recently we have focused on the Liberty of this Solar Christ Self. The reference ‘Holy Christ Self’ refers to the original mediator, embodied within Humanity to reveal the Path out of the tomb of ego and karma, once again to live in the Light, resurrecting a ‘completely loving Being’ along the seven chakras (the Seven-fold spine) of human development. The term ‘Solar Christ Self’ refers to this same Being arising into her Twelve-fold Spine (twelve Chakras) of the Cosmic Christ and fully one with the Mighty I AM Presence …no longer just the mediator between man and God but a full God Presence in the Universe of Alpha and Omega!
The current Age of Spiritual Freedom is a Divine Dispensation of Cosmic Holy Spirit, itself an aspect of the Great Cosmic Inbreath of the Cohesive Power of Divine Love from the Great Central Sun. The present purpose is anchoring this entire Cosmic Forcefield within Humanity’s Consciousness, so that eons of delay can be resolved in a short ‘time’ …so that Earth can then abide beyond time and space, within Universal I AM. Imagine all the wondrous Glory of the past and future expression of the Great I AM, both personal and collective, all experienced right here and now …in this very moment, eternally! This captures the essence of ‘living beyond time and space’ in an Eternal Age of Spiritual Freedom.
Instead of karma returning from our expressed thoughts, feelings, words and deeds (and generating only more distress), now only the Quantum Momentum of Divine Qualities return …enfolding us in Celestial Experience…our Glorious Causal Body. In this Divine Aura we live past, future and present Perfection all simultaneously. The Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of Perfection Patterns then express within and all around us …and we continually experience all of it, even as we go about our daily life. This is the experience of Ascended Mastery, living beyond the restrictions of time and space on Earth. Our experience is then continuous Harmony and Serenity, even during the mundane or challenging aspects of daily life.
This month we focus on magnetizing ourselves into this Ascended and Free Consciousness, there to abide constantly. We are at Liberty to remain here for the remainder of this embodiment, including ‘whatever events unfold’! With Buddhic detachment we observe the Earth and Humanity go through their necessary transformations. In doing so we create and manifest the very Harmony and Happiness the rest of Humanity seeks, thus drawing them closer to reunion with their own Solar Christ Self. And this is everything we came to do! And SO IT IS!

ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELOVED KRISHNA AND SOPHIA …
Beloved Children of the Sun, we all serve the One Infinite Light. We all serve so that any fear-based living (ego) is transformed into Love based living …the Solar Christ Self. We all serve life within an unimaginable Forcefield of Divine Love, a Force so immense, so infinite and eternal, that even as a Sun God I AM only now touching the fringes of! It is this Forcefield that is now entering Earth through Ascended and Free Humanity …as the Hand of Cosmic Holy Spirit, as the Divine Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom, as the Great Cosmic Inbreath! And it is already forever transforming the spiritual landscape of the planet.
We serve collectively, together representing Father/Mother God and all Humanity. It is our opportunity this month for the Divine Instrument to solidify progress in tangibly living the Solar Christ Self (the specific service of Lord Krishna) while radiating the Consciousness of Divine Wisdom that magnetizes all other Humanity to this Perfection (the specific service of Lady Sophia). Our assistance is in being mindful of Divine Life around us …of the Angels and Elementals and especially the Divine Potential (the Solar Christ Self) within every person, place, condition and thing. Here we continuously direct our Powerful Quantum Forcefield of Flame and its Light.
Collectively, as Ascended and Free Humanity, we are (I AM!) the Great Divine Director of a New Age of Infinite Divine Possibility on Earth. We are (I AM!) ever mindful of the Three-fold Flame, Infinite Circle of Light and its Infinite Universe of Divine Potential within and around all others along our path. We feel their Three-fold Flame influence us and our Three-fold Flame influence them, all at the level of Divine Energy, Vibration and Consciousness, where ego cannot interfere. This is the practice of Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness! This is the Sun of the Sun operating on Earth!
An operating Sun has a Corona …Spheres of Light in which Divine Life thrives. Hence, because of her Radiance as a Sun of the Sun, Ascended and Free Humanity becomes the True Revelation of Angels and Elementals. This is manifested through being lovingly and adoringly mindful of all Divine Life. Ascended and Free Humanity affirms: “I AM the avenue for Angels and Elemental Spirits being introduced and accepted into daily life.” In my Ascended and Free life, Angels are the Divine Qualities evident in all persons, places, conditions and things …if I look for and acknowledge them …lovingly and adoringly mindful of them. Elementals are the form and function of my daily life …allowing my incarnation and adding blessings to all things …if I AM mindful of that blessing through all aspects of form and function within daily life.
This includes my body, all plants, animals, insects, minerals …any form and its Enfolding Spirit …the spirit of my home, my car, my business, and especially my Body Elemental. I relate to that form, and I relate to its Enfolding Spirit, who represents its perfect functioning. This is my spiritual practice of ‘loving compassion’ to the lifeforce on Earth, as well as my daily practice of Spiritual Freedom …spiritually free to abide harmoniously in the ‘spirit world’ of Angels, Elementals and Solar Christ Selves. Here all is Energy, Vibration and Consciousness, whether in form (particle) or spirit (wave function). Here I AM the Light Being as I have existed for eons, no longer restricted by time and space …even though I choose to remain within time and space.
THE PRESENT DIVINE DISPENSATION
A Divine Dispensation is the focused desire of Father/Mother God, a Higher Order of Divine Intent! On Earth this is translated into a collective desire of the whole that overrides any personal desire of ego. Because free will is a Divine Right, those that cling to regression and delay may do so …but now, not at the cost of an entire race. The Earth belongs to Father/Mother God and their Divine Family of the I AM Race …and not to ego. Therefore ‘individual free will’ may delay individuals but no longer an entire planet. Hence the Cosmic Release of Divine Liberty last month, granting limitless Liberty of the Solar Christ Self of all Humanity within daily life. Contemplate this!
The global Sun of the Sun on Earth now dawns through the Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness of all Solar Christ Selves. Its Rays pierce ‘all time and all space’. It brings a Quantum Momentum, as it was in the beginning of the I AM Race. An analogy is our physical sun, which creates endless fission / fusion, producing heat and light that allows all physical life to thrive. Likewise in our service as Sun of the Sun, we radiate an ever-expanding Cosmic Forcefield allowing all spiritual life to thrive, transforming Divine Potential into Divine Reality on every level of life on Earth! This includes all life …formed and unformed, spirit and matter. Our Sun of the Sun is a constant Precipitation of Perfection …living Ascended and Free! Think of it! This Transformation is occurring from within daily life, whereas Humanity tends to look for Divine Intervention coming from ‘above’ (instead of from ‘within’).
Transformation does come from Higher Consciousness or ‘finer frequencies’ but the Source of these is within our Flame, the same Flame in the Heart of Father/Mother God. We inherit their Spiritual Flame, just as we inherit the genetics of our physical parents. Our Flame is not our ‘fate’ as we then have to use our free will to apply it.[1] Rather than ‘fate’, we generate endless Divine Possibilities as our Energy, Vibration and Consciousness enters the world and creates the Universe we choose to! This is the free will intended within the I AM Race on Earth …expanding the borders of Perfection within the world of form.
We are not only of the One Light, but we are now all operating from within its Sun, its entire Cosmic Forcefield …Ascended and Free Humanity operating as the global Sun of the Sun on Earth!

Beloved Children of the One Light, it is an honor to step into the Radiance of Beloved Krishna and Sophia …and of you, our Ascended and Free Humanity. As we do, we see the Glory of the Sacred Breath …the Inbreathing, Absorbing, then Expanding and Projecting of Ascended and Free Consciousness and all aspects of its Sacred Fire. We see Ascended and Free Humanity assuming her Divine responsibility for Earth, through collectively directing your Powerful Quantum Forcefield. Indeed, you have accomplished a Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness of Solar Christ Selves …the Sun of the Sun operating on Earth! How far we have come!
Using Sacred Breath, let us direct our attention one pointedly (…silent pause). Imagine each of us dwells within the Three-fold Flame at the Heart of global Ascended and Free Humanity. Here we are One Flame at the Center of the Divine Instrument that directs all Divine Potential into Divine Reality on Earth. At its Heart is the Unity of all Solar Christ Selves on the planet. Then imagine that this Three-fold Flame is the same Flame as that of Father/Mother God …at the level of Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega, and Eloha and Elohae. Thus, the Divine Potential I direct is that of Universal I AM …and further, that the Divine Instrument so directing Divine Potential into Divine Reality originates from all Cosmic and Ascended Beings, through all Realms of Infinite of Light.
The Spiritual Hierarchy is but endless levels of Divine Consciousness. This is why certain religious paths have ‘hundreds of gods’. Even in Ascended Masters Teachings we could mention hundreds of Cosmic Beings. We could equally say that Ascended and Free Humanity has the Divine Potential of billions of levels of Divine Consciousness, as each Solar Christ Self expresses its full Divinity. In total this composes the I AM Race …a kaleidoscope or symphony of tones, colors, scents, sacred geometry, sacred movement, etc. expressing as Divine Energy, Vibration and Consciousness in all its myriad (formed and unformed) dimensions.
During the Great Cosmic Inbreath Cosmic Highways open, where access to other Dimensions of Light becomes easier.[2] Said differently, the synergy and synchronicity between Realms and Worlds becomes stronger. The vehicle that allows ‘transport’ between realms or dimensions is our Consciousness. The Violet Fire is meant to cleanse and prepare Humanity Consciousness for this Ascension into greater access of desired levels of Divine Consciousness. Remember the analogy of a child dreaming a frightening dream even while in the safe company of their home and parents. We watch them dream, hoping they will wake up and join us in our safe place. This is how Father/Mother God and all the Spiritual Hierarchy see Humanity. The Ascension process is about us waking up to our rightful awareness as Children of the Light and Powerful Quantum Forcefields in our own right!
So let us visualize ourselves as living a daily life in an infinite Sea of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness. Here we engage and direct our Creative Faculties of thoughts, feelings, words and deeds in the Divine Creative Process. Further, if we see our lives at this level of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness (beyond form), then we have become Sacred Alchemists, Divine Directors of the Light and Lord of our own World. And yet, it remains ‘just our daily life’. Imagine the daily life of our Beloved Sanat Kumara on Venus, where he may visit with his family, lend his Love, Wisdom and Power to the governing of his planet and even as we think of him now in this moment, engages and interacts with each of us …Flame to Flame, Consciousness to Consciousness, Divine Being to Divine Being. And within this Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness, all are transformed and blessed …and the colors, tones, scent, and flow of energy within our Being is accelerated.
TRULY EMPTY OF SELF
When one practices being truly empty of self, of ego, one can live beyond time and space …as ‘self’ and its little mind only sees the restrictions time and space, locking us into that limited reality. Empty of self means empty of anything that is self generated …persons, places, conditions and things, world, affairs and finances, any distress or disease. From our Great God Self comes only Perfection, life as it was intended for an I AM Race …health and happiness within a sense of purpose, peace of mind and body, harmony in relationships, an opulent consciousness and an enlightened heart. When empty of self, we stand within our Flame as a Solar Christ Self! We may then address ego conditions in our lives from within the Quantum Forcefield of our Flame, with Ascended and Free Consciousness, from beyond time and space. All the Avatars[3] had this training, as have each of us, in Realms of Light in preparation for this embodiment. Now is the moment to bring this inner training to fruition. Beloved Saint Germain has asked us to “take time to be Holy”. This is what he meant …while in meditation and during periods of mindfulness within daily life, practice and practice becoming empty of self and thus truly ‘Holy’.
Here we find peace and happiness while living our lives more fully, (not less fully …not withdrawn from life). As we seek Ascended and Free life, we choose to fully live that life, while yet fully living our daily life …as have the Great Avatars before us. This then magnetizes all life toward this Sacred State. And since the current Divine Plan of the New Age is the Ascension of the Whole (rather than of the individual, as in Ages past) …we also fulfill our personal Divine Plan in serving that Cause.
Empty of self is empty of all thoughts, feelings, words and deeds associated with self. Ask the question: does this person, place, condition or thing in my life exist because of ‘little self’, its ego desires or its tendencies to defend itself …or is it there as part of my Divine Plan, an aspect of my Ascended and Free Consciousness? Most answers are obvious, some are debatable but as long as we pursue this mindfully, we grow closer to living Ascended and Free. If we discover it comes from ego, then we immediately pursue becoming ‘empty of self’ and ‘one with The Way’ of Ascended and Free Consciousness. We transmute that aspect of ego through the Violet Fire and return to being centered in Flame, in our Divine Life.
The more we practice ‘empty of self’, the more Universal I AM rushes in to fill the vacuum created. And as it flows into our Being, it brings with it the experience of life beyond the restrictions of time and space …Ascended and Free Reality, Limitless Divine Consciousness. The Buddha refers to making time and space boundless and infinite. Buddha’s Pure Land of Boundless Splendor and Infinite Light is the Reality of boundless space and infinite life in endless time. Contemplate this! It also reflects the Christian view of Heaven …eternal Peace and limitless Comfort. And instead of this coming to pass only at the close of this embodiment, we claim it here and now, at this dawn of a New Age. We consciously leave the age of karma and enter the Age of God …the Eternal Age of Spiritual Freedom …right here and now!
Given all of the above, it is also interesting to note that while embodied within time and space, the Buddha, Beloved Jesus and other Avatars asked that we do not waste time, that every effort to raise up the world from karmic ignorance and suffering is made within the time we are allotted within form. Embodiment is precious and only given with great care to those who incarnate purely to serve the greater good. We are to seize every opportunity to transform consciousness and use the Sacred Fire. “When in Rome” means that since we have embodied within time and space, we must make use of the time and space we have been granted …so that we may collectively move Humanity beyond time and space!
The more we practice becoming empty of self the more we anchor the limitless Light and boundless Consciousness of Universal I AM! We know the Law; ‘as I AM raised up, so is all life is raised up with me’. Being mindful of our time in this embodiment and our collective efforts of raising up the Consciousness of Humanity brings us ever closer to entering the Age of beyond time and space …into our own Spiritual Freedom and that of Humanity! Continually anchoring our Victory Statement into all persons, places, conditions and things we are involved in, or become aware of, is our dedicated service. For our Victory Statement contains the very foundations for the Age of Spiritual Freedom.
Thus, every time, in every space or opportunity life gives us, we silently but powerfully affirm:
I AM empty of self …
(pause, recognize and let go of ego and deeply feel Divine Silence)
I AM Ascended and Free, Together, standing in the Light!
(knowing Divine Consciousness takes command of this situation!)
Here we use time and opportunity wisely and diligently, moving every part of life we greet into the Light. We then affirm I AM the Gathering of Ascended Humanity! …and we bring every Solar Christ Self and all the Forces of the Light into this person, place, condition and thing we greet! Think of it! We then affirm in Union with the Royal Kingdom of Angels and Elementals …and we establish the Indivisible Flowing Wholeness within the Oneness of all Life and the greater Divine Intention it brings into this opportunity. And when we then affirm: Through the Cohesive Power of Divine Love, uniting all life in her Ascended State …we seal this person, place, condition and thing in its Ascension, in its Divine Potential fulfilled! And SO IT IS!
Then in that moment our service is done. We leave this situation sealed in Peace …we let go and let God. We then move on to the next opportunity of using our time wisely and diligently …moment after moment, year after year, until all consciousness is raised up beyond time and space! Then we have all entered the Age of Spiritual Freedom …the Pure Land of Boundless Splendor and Infinite Light.
Remember the Great Law …where our attention goes, our energy flows and our energy is our life. To actively serve with Angels, Elementals and Cosmic Beings, our attention is in their Realm of Light, focusing our energy there. We become the ‘Avatar’ … empty of self and thus automatically our Solar Christ Self lives through us …as the only Presence within our outer vehicles. We affirm I AM Present in every situation as a Radiating Sun of God! The term Solar means ‘radiating like a Sun’. Here we are (I AM) automatically attuned to the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of Angels and Elementals. Here we are (I AM) relieved of any distress, disease or suffering. In this moment, we are (I AM) healed mentally, emotionally, etherically and physically!
On becoming ‘empty of self’, the ego of others can no longer bombard us with imbalance, for there is ‘nobody home’, no ego to receive such frequency. We are of course in our body but at our new Frequency of Light, within the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of our Solar Christ Self. We are in the same time and space (here and now) but receiving completely new messages from within, those of Comfort, Understanding, Peace, Abundance and all other aspects of Divinity.
MEDITATION
Our meditation on being ‘empty of self’ is based in mindfulness. We quiet the outer self, surrounding it with harmonious music, color and fragrance …or a peaceful silence. We close our eyes and ensure our body is safe and comfortable. We are poised but relaxed …smiling our inner and outer smile. We are aware of our mind and its action of producing thoughts or images. We do not resist this but rather we instead purposely focus on our breath, slowly in and slowly out, as if we are Father/Mother God breathing the Great Cosmic Inbreath …and then the Great Cosmic Outbreath …through the Infinite, Universal I AM.
Every time our mind produces a thought or image, we just notice it, as if on a TV screen …watching it fade and then letting it go. We do not attach any feeling or memory to it …just notice it and let it go. This takes practice. Soon we are in control of our attention to the point where the foreground of our awareness is the Great, Great Silence of ‘empty of self’. Meanwhile, ‘off in the background’ is our outer mind ‘doing what outer minds do’[4]. If our body sends any message of discomfort, we adjust it until comfortable. If suffering is a continuous message from any aspect of the body or mind, we then pointedly focus the breath into and out from that aspect of body …until it has found the ‘comfort of emptiness’ we desire for it. For only ego suffers. Rather, we fill that space with Light and all its Divine Comfort.
Through all my Creative Faculties I enfold myself in the Violet Fire. As I practice mindfulness, my thoughts, feelings, memories and physical sensations pass through me as only ‘noticed’ and into the Violet Fire. Even my ‘moments of true emptiness’ pass through, just noticed and not ‘held onto’. There is limitless, infinite Divine Potential for ‘emptiness’ …and likewise endless opportunity to be filled with Cosmic Holy Spirit. We continuously let go …and let God bring us new experiences of the Divine. This becomes our daily life.
I remain empty of self, filled with the glorious Solar Christ Self. I AM God in Action in ever situation I find myself or that enters my awareness. I AM the Victory Statement of Ascended and Free, lived out in daily life!
And SO IT IS, BELOVED I AM!

[1]Likewise, our physical genetics are not our fate, as our experiences in the world directly influence how our genes express.
[2] The Great Cosmic Inbreath is cyclical and occurs only at certain Cosmic Moments during the transition of Great Cosmic Cycles. However, it does represent cherished opportunity that does not occur at other times during these Great Cycles of Cosmic Life. We are in just such opportunity right now!
[3] The concept ‘Avatar’ has been popularized by a Hollywood movie of the same name. In that case it was a human living through an ‘alien’ body. In the Spiritual sense, Avatar refers to a Great God Presence living through a human incarnation and its physical, etheric, mental and emotional vehicles …our Mighty I AM Presence living as us in our daily life! Hence the Holiest Name of God …I AM THAT I AM! …and no lesser concept of what I am or who I AM!
[4] If the struggle with the mind and its incessant production of thoughts or images becomes too strong, one can inwardly affirm the command “SILENCE”! At least temporarily the mind will cease production before it slowly starts up again. The idea is not so much to ‘battle’ the outer mind but rather through placing our attention elsewhere (on breath, on body reflection and then on our Great Inner Light), have the incessant thoughts ever more fade to the background until they are but a tiny whisper, often not even audible. Practice, practice, practice!
