ASCENSION CONCEPTS
One might say that following the Celestial Events of 2012 there is to be expected a moment of ‘taking a breath’ …where we pause after a great unified effort towards a Divine Project and ‘take stock’ of where we now are …of where, who and what I AM! We have been told we now serve from a heightened level of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness in our daily life. But it may also feel new and unfamiliar …as if we are ‘not quite grounded’ in this new phase of service.
Therefore we are guided this Festival Month of June to fill the Cup of Humanity with Divine Centeredness and Consolidation …through Celestial Celebration. Where we may have looked for outer changes, we now discover profound inner transformation. Humanity longs for comfort, a trustworthy continuity of happiness and serenity …and eventually, the Peace that surpasses the outer mind. We know innately from our daily meditations within our Flame, that Father/Mother God now offers exactly this Divine Stillness to Humanity …and here we are, here I AM, to anchor this New Age of Spiritual Freedom for all.
In this service, we shall expand and project our own Momentum of Celebration, the Joyful Harmony of our own Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness …the Celestial Reality of the Gathering of Ascended Humanity! We know from our own spiritual heritage and the guidance of the Cosmic Christ that the Festival of Humanity is generally celebrated in June. So we lay claim to this long standing momentum to specifically celebrate the joy and wonder of our New Age …and our Gathering of Ascended Humanity …in this moment of Divine Stillness.
We project onto the Consciousness of Humanity the Tranquility of our Gathering …where on the Highest Plane of Humanity we achieve our Divine Potential. This is the Ascended State where we greet and welcome Humanity …as they cross our established Bridge to Spiritual Freedom, passing through our established Flame of Holy Spirit …all the while enveloped in the Golden White Sun of our established Illumined Ascension …our collective Three-fold Flame! And we always acknowledge that standing within our collective Three-fold Flame is the Cosmic Christ and Planetary Buddha, Lord Maitreya!
During this Sacred Month, let us further accept and happily celebrate the Sacred Responsibilities that Father/Mother God has given us, as the Gathering of Ascended Humanity. Our Gathering of Ascended Humanity includes our Beloved Spiritual Hierarchy. This Unity represents our dearest dream of active service with our Gurus and Teachers. Here we accept and realize that I AM externalizing the Spiritual Hierarchy, one with them in Ascended Energy, Vibration and Consciousness. Affirm that, in our Ascended and Free State:

Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of our Beloved Planetary Buddha…
Moment of Divine Stillness
Following a momentous event (like 2012), there is always a moment of Divine Stillness …where all Energy, Vibration and Consciousness is re-calibrated and brought into alignment with the next phase of the Divine Plan. This Divine Stillness is where Celestial Buddhas evolve. We are in such a Cosmic Moment of Silence now. Such ‘a moment’ affects the various dimensions of our ‘Being’ differently, depending on the focus our attention. When we reside within our White Fire Being, it affects us as simply a momentary Cosmic Shift. When serving within our Mighty I AM Presence and its Causal Body (streaming through the Solar Christ Self on Earth), it reflects our active re-alignment with the re-calibrated Divine Plan in a ‘moment of Silence.’ When focused within our daily life, it is experienced (good or otherwise) through ‘the eye of the beholder’ …depending on the momentary level of consciousness of the Lightserver. Contemplate this.
Again, it may interest the dear Lightservers to know that a transitory period of imbalanced human feelings does not deter the Spiritual Hierarchy from active co-service with you. It is your ‘bigger story’ (see last month’s Journal), your Cosmic Momentum of Divine Qualities within your Causal Body, that interests us. And we remain very interested in each of you …for your Divine Potential is critical in the current Ascension Process. I might state categorically, each of you is invaluable to us!
As you more fully understand and accept the Externalization of the Spiritual Hierarchy then you will more fully understand this Truth. And a sustained feeling of Buddhic tranquility then ensues. This Externalization is represented by your collective Causal Bodies, expressing in Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness. This collective experience is what I daily pray for each of you. It is the greatest Momentum of Divine Virtue …the greatest Forcefield of Transformation, on the planet.
We attain this Divine Office by emptying ourselves of the restrictions of ego-self …as well as of time and space constraints. These are what hold us back from true Spiritual Freedom. What do we mean by ego and thus to be empty of? This refers to anything that blocks or interferes with the flow of Divine Energy, Vibration and Consciousness along the Silver Cord from the Mighty I AM Presence into outer life, through our Creative Faculties. On a personal or individual level, it refers to being empty of personal karma, such as affairs of self (psychological and physical health, financial and family matters) and our outer circumstances of embodiment (social status, race, religion, culture, etc.). Thus, any effort towards removing these hindrances falls into the Buddha’s Eight-fold Path of ‘right living.’[1]
On a collective or global level, such hindrance refers to injustice, intolerance, imbalance of resources, over consumption, greed, and the hierarchical structures that limit freedom. Rather than be filled with these concerns, we become empty of them …so that the Sacred Fire of Harmony and Balance may pour in to be the permanent antidote of these infractions of Cosmic Law. In fact, the Divine Feminine Ray and the Violet Fire within the Seventh Ray Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom is the antidote to this entire imbalance …which desires its own freedom and thus now comes to the fore to be recognized. And we are here to Love it Free …from the Higher Frequency of the serene Solar Christ Self (rather than struggle with it from the lower level of the ‘upset human being’)! This is the service of the Planetary Buddha …serene detachment within daily life, allowing for an expanding flow of Divine Light and Love into daily life! And SO IT IS!
BUDDHA NATURE
In the training of our Buddha Nature, the Divine Potential is for the Cosmic Momentum of countless Dimensions of Celestial Buddhas to find anchorage through a Holy Grail (or ‘empty reed’) into Humanity. These magnificent Buddhas hold the Immaculate Concept for Divine Stillness, where all life is empty of self and One with Light …becoming the Eternal Flame and its Infinite Radiant Light. And although these magnificent Buddhas exist in formless Realms of Light, they very much understand the need for emptiness of ego within Humanity and her daily life. They practice stillness but not inactivity. They actively generate Cosmic Momentums of exactly the Divine Qualities Humanity requires at this Cosmic Moment. Let us feel ourselves seated amongst these Celestial Beings in our ‘meditations in the Light.’
As we meditate with Buddhas, let us review the Office of the Planetary Buddha. I AM responsible for holding the Nature of Sacred Fire within the Souls of Humanity. This is reflected in our service this year …to move Humanity into her Flame. This is our present focus of endeavor and hence the Spirit of this Year is Cosmic Holy Spirit …or Sacred Fire made manifest. Endless Realms of Buddhas, from many Systems of Worlds, dearly desire to assist in Humanity’s detachment from ego and its restrictions and thus deliver Humanity into her Flame and its endless bounty of Spiritual Enlightenment. Many of you have a specific Buddha that you have served with over many embodiments and who has sponsored your many incarnations …in order to build a unified service of Guru and Chela …for the Enlightenment and Ascension of Humanity! Let us release these Cosmic Momentums now!

FESTIVALS
Dear Ones let us contemplate the nature of Divine Festival and Celebration that represents our New Age …by first reviewing the Cosmic Events that represents past Dispensations, including the Easter Drama for the Christian Age (Transfiguration, Resurrection and Ascension) and the Buddhist celebration of the birth, enlightenment, death, and ongoing visitation of the Buddha (Wesak), leaving an ever-expanding blessing of Loving Kindness in the Heart …Enlightenment of Mind …and Divine Purpose in the Soul. Past Golden Ages (Atlantis, Lemuria, etc.) all had Divine Festivals and Celestial Ceremonies that involved all the people as equal participants in these Cosmic Events.
The Divine Ceremony of daily life and its moment to moment celebration of the Divine within all life is a Keynote of our New Age. It is the Essence of Reverence, Loving Kindness and Spiritual Freedom …free to celebrate the Spiritual Reality present at all points of life. Divine Ceremony is in seeing and practicing this Truth regardless of outer circumstances …continually celebrating this Victory of Life Eternal. Thus, each moment becomes a Cosmic Moment, each day the Holiest Day of the Year. This establishes a rapidly building Momentum of Love, Wisdom and Power and further draws all Humanity into their Flame …living their Mighty I AM Presence.
Holy Days in the calendar are but the Cosmic Momentum left by Great Souls in the wake of their service to Earth and Humanity. But think of it, the planet is now full of Great Souls, each one in the right and perfect place, ready to do the right and perfect thing, at the right and perfect time, each in their unique right and perfect way! Great Spiritual Momentums are being laid down for all time …in this very moment! Attuning to these Momentums within the Ethers …within our Coherently Connected Divine Unity with all Harmony and Balance …is the nature of our Spiritual Celebrations. It is celebrating the Causal Body Momentums of each other and of everyone with Humanity! This is exactly as practiced in the Eternal Realms of Light …into Realms beyond even my comprehension.
Let us contemplate the Sacred Blessing or Cosmic Momentum that we each individually are weaving into the spiritual fabric of this New Age. We gather together in the Theme and Thoughtform, as well as in the Divine Direction of various Forcefields at our command. But let us also gather in celebration of each other’s Divine Legacy of Love, Wisdom and Power, left in the wake of our service to Life. This Gift flows through the Cosmos, from our White Fire Being in the Great Central Sun all the way through to our thoughts, feelings, words and deeds in daily life. This has been true of all Avatars …and is now true of our Group Avatar, the Gathering of Ascended Humanity.
Sacred Power points are but the Cosmic Momentum of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness left by Great Ascended and Free Lightservers in embodiment, as well as those beyond the chain of rebirth. Let us imagine that each of us leave not only a Cosmic Momentum of Perfection Patterns in one place (a Power Point) …but great Cosmic Rivers of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness interweaving with other great Cosmic Rivers of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness …creating a Celestial Tapestry of Ascended and Free Humanity throughout Humanity’s global daily life. Think of the Power of this Truth. This is the continually ongoing Festival of Humanity …the eternal Gathering of Ascended Humanity …the return of the I AM Race to Earth! And SO IT IS!
I remain with you in this Festival of Divine Stillness, one with your embodied Buddha Nature, one with the Celestial Buddhas in the formless Realms of Light …one with all life everywhere!

Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of Beloved Kwan Yin… Buddha of Mercy, Compassion and Forgiveness …and Buddha of the Joy of sustained Enlightenment within the Feminine Ray!
Dear Ones, I speak with you as one of you …as I feel your Holy Presence within the Momentum of the Feminine Ray which I represent …and the Eternal Lineage of Buddhas that I also represent. In both these Streams of Divine Consciousness, I AM at One with the Gathering of Ascended Humanity! And through this Unity awaits a magnificent Divine Potential in the spiritual progress of Humanity.
Within the Spiritual Hierarchy, the Offices of Planetary Buddha and Cosmic Holy Spirit are intricately linked. Both hold the Nature of Sacred Fire intended for the Souls of Humanity. The Buddha proceeds through the mind into the Heart of Sacred Fire …whereas the Holy Spirit proceeds through the Breath into the same Sacred Heart. I reside within both streams of service …a Buddha of Compassion in that lineage …and, on the Feminine Ray, where I assist in holding the Immaculate Concept for the Divine Inspiration of all Humanity by the Holy Breath. Let us review such service as it pertains to the Gathering of Ascended Humanity …as you also flow in both these streams of Divine Consciousness.
As you are aware, it was the Cosmic Holy Spirit that accompanied Beloved Jesus through the Passion of the Christ Initiation …death of the physical self (representing ego self), the Transfiguration, and then the Resurrection and the Life of the Solar Christ Self walking free on Earth …eventually leading to the full Ascension into the Mighty I AM Presence, in the Land of Boundless Splendor and Infinite Light. Specifically, Holy Spirit held the Sacred Breath of Divine Life for Beloved Jesus while his unanimated body lay in waiting in the tomb. Then at the appointed moment, after certain Activities of Sacred Fire, the Holy Breath of Divine Life was released back into his body, then to be Resurrected from the tomb (of ego) back into daily life …as the Christ walking free in the Light of Ascended and Free Consciousness. Humanity is moving through this same Passion Play as we speak!
Holy Spirit now holds this same Sacred Breath of Divine Life for all Humanity, until certain Activities of Sacred Fire take place when the Sacred Breath is breathed back into every Soul on Earth …in or between embodiments. We on the Feminine Ray hold the Immaculate Concept for this return of the Christ to all Humanity and the re-awakening of the Buddha Nature in all. Now all Humanity is to arise out of the tomb of human ego and into fully animated Divine Life on Earth! Beloved Mother Mary and the entire Feminine Ray holds the same Immaculate Concept as she personally held for her Beloved Son Jesus …and you now step into the same Victory he accomplished! And SO IT IS!
The main thrust of the Seventh Ray of Spiritual Freedom (upon which we all now serve) is for the Solar Christ Self to step forth and ‘walk free on Earth’ in her Ascended and Free State. The Age of Spiritual Freedom refers to the Freedom of the Solar Christ Self in all Humanity to finally be free to express their full Dominion of Perfection on Earth. The Baptism of Beloved Jesus began the process where his full Christ Nature would step forth onto the stage of life. Our present global Baptism of Holy Spirit is now to re-animate through Sacred Fire Breath this same Divine Life …on the atomic level of Humanity’s embodied vehicles!
The Gathering of Ascended Humanity is like John the Baptist, facilitating this process. Let us look for this ‘Christ walking free on Earth’ in ourselves; in our Group of Lightservers; in our families, our communities, cities, nations; …and anywhere in daily life. For in our Festival of Celebration, everyday is the birth of the Christ and the Buddha; everyday is the Resurrection and the Life of the Christ walking free on Earth; everyday is the Enlightenment of the Buddha; and everyday is the Day of Baptism of Holy Spirit, delivering the Sacred Fire Breath that re-animates full Divine Life on Earth.
I AM the Resurrection and the Life of the
Spiritual Freedom of every Solar Christ Self in Humanity!
I AM the Grand Triangle of Three Fire Signs,
clearing the Way for this Transfiguration.
I AM the Divine Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom
in action through Humanity. As I AM raised up,

I AM the Divine Ceremony of Sacred Baptism,
now Resurrecting and Ascending all Humanity!

Imagine Beloved Jesus just before his Transfiguration and Resurrection out of the tomb …waiting in Silence to re-animate his full Divine Life on Earth …to walk and talk as the Free Christ. Now we have entered the New Age Spiritual Freedom where all Christ Selves are in that same Moment of Silence …where any moment Holy Spirit re-infuses their outer vehicles with the Sacred Fire Breath …where they may ‘walk free from the tomb as the Living Christ in daily life,’ with an Enlightened Buddha Nature …performing the ‘miracles’ that are but the natural gifts of True Baptism by the Sacred Fires of Holy Spirit …the ability to transmit healing, illumination, precipitation, etherialization, levitation; the ability to communicate with all people and a stunningly magnificent, multi-dimensional experience of Indivisible Flowing Wholeness with all life everywhere. Let us affirm:

DIVINE CEREMONY AND THE FESTIVAL OF BAPTISM
Festivals are designed to inspire us. To ‘in-spire’ is to ‘in-breathe.’ And thus the entire, ongoing Festival of Holy Spirit this Sacred Year ‘inspires us towards our Divinity,’ fulfilling our Divine Potential in embodiment. Holy Spirit inspires Humanity towards the Law of Reverence for all Life; to the Reality of Indivisible Flowing Wholeness within Humanity; and in being Builders of Divine Consciousness in creating the Theme and Thoughtform of 2013. Let us feel so inspired with every ‘mindful breath’ we take in this Sacred Year.
The Seventh Ray Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom is along the Violet Ray of Divine Ceremony. Within this Cosmic Momentum, humanity is to become embodied expressions of Holiness and Truth …gathering in worship, adoration, and dedicated affection through service and rituals of Celestial Companionship within the Sisterhood of Kingdoms (Angels, Elementals and Ascended/Cosmic Beings). This is just as is performed in Higher Spheres. At every level of Ascended and Free Consciousness there is an endless lineage of Beings that inspire all of us through their development of Spiritual Qualities, Quantum States of Consciousness and Celestial Gifts and Blessings designed for all life everywhere. These Cosmic Beings develop their Three-fold Flame into a tremendous Forcefield of Love, Wisdom and Power …a Cosmic Fount that the rest of us worship at. The most obvious examples are the various levels of Father/Mother God …all representing levels of the development of the Three-fold Flame that raise up the rest of us through Ceremonious Attunement with their Energy, Vibration and Consciousness.
And every time there is a Gathering of Ascended Beings (“when two or more are gathered in my Name”), there is created a Forcefield …which the Ceremonial Devas then expand and project far and wide across many dimensions for the blessings of all. Power Points on Earth (aligned with her Crystal Grid System), as well as Prayer Forcefields in the ethers, are the permanent legacies of sustained Ceremonial Gatherings …which then attract ‘seekers’ for centuries to come. They attract seekers but are founded by ‘those who have found’ their Spiritual Avocation and practice it rhythmically …the current Gathering of Ascended Humanity! This is the Seventh Ray in action …Rhythm, Ceremony and the Divine Direction of Consecrated Forcefields …in Union with the Royal Kingdom of Angels and Elementals!
May I remind the gentle Lightservers that your present embodiment was a gift to you so that you might develop these Creative Faculties and Spiritual Skills for future, yet unborn Races of Beings that will help develop their Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame into its fullness. And because you chose this path of service to Humanity on Earth (a difficult assignment) rather than the ‘Bliss of Nirvana,’ your own evolution as a Cosmic Being expands limitlessly in comparison …with the Jewels of Divine Accomplishment shinning brightly in your Crown of Divinity. But now is the hour to fulfill this Divine Destiny and become the Glorious Lightservers you are destined to be!
In our Ceremonious Gatherings from two, to two million and two, the effect on the Universe is so much more than ‘simply additive.’ There is a multiplying, multidimensional, expansive effect that follows the Law of Love in its ever-expanding intent to raise up all life everywhere. So, when we Gather in Love, this Great Law supersedes any other …and a Great Expanse of Service takes place. That is why it can be said that ‘One with God is a majority’ and that, against all illusion on the screen of life, a completely New Age of Spiritual Freedom is to blossom forth at any moment!
And regarding one’s personal service ‘alone in meditation,’ the number is always two at least! For there is always you and your Angel, you and your Guru, you and any Invoked Angels, Elementals and Ascended and Free Beings …all at your Command to serve with you at any moment. And because the Gathering of Ascended Humanity serves in Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness, your numbers are limitless, continually united in service with all the Forces of Goodness anywhere, operating on any level on Earth. And now you realize this is the majority of Humanity and all Angels and Elementals …and thus the Ascension is assured!
For those who are familiar with my Service along the Seventh Ray and the lineage of Celestial Buddhas, it is well known I serve on the Karmic Board. I was one of the first to approach our Beloved Saint Germain after he was appointed Chohan of the Seventh Ray and the responsibility of developing a Timeless and Eternal Golden Age Spiritual Freedom! His first activity was to Invoke the Great Central Sun for a period of meditation within their Flame, in contemplation of how he might best serve Humanity. And he returned from this sojourn with the Divine Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom …an Eternally Supreme and Timeless Gift for Humanity.
Beloved Saint Germain did not have a plan laid out before him but rather had to call on his own Creative Faculties …in consciously drawing upon his own Momentum of Divine Intent /Will, then his God Illumination and Wisdom to plan its expression and then his Love Nature to execute the plan perfectly. This New Age is Saint Germain’s Three-fold Flame in action! Think of it! And each of our part in it is our Three-fold Flame in action as well! And the overall effect is the Victory is our combined, unified Three-fold Flame’s within Indivisible Flowing Wholeness …our Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness!
And when one contemplates this unified service, one becomes centered in the Gathering of Ascended Ceremonious Devotion …just as is done in Higher Planes of Celestial Existence, into Infinity. It involves all Beings from the Angels and Elementals and Ascended Kingdoms who likewise attune to that specific service. Again, imagine sitting with Celestial Buddhas whose numbers are limitless, existing beyond time and space, yet immediately accessible to the Gathering of Ascended Humanity by themselves becoming empty of self, time and space. Then every meditation, affirmation, chant and ceremony of worship is performed at one with this August Body of Cosmic Beings.
We celebrate this Cosmic Momentum within Divine Festivals this month and from here forward. Whenever we attune to any celebration of good or happy energy, we may as a Divine Intelligence then direct that Forcefield of positive energy towards our service, no matter what Ray it is along. Whether it is a concert, a sporting event, a prayer service, any gathering of positive energy …we may then direct that energy in a dedicated fashion to a specific Cause within Spiritual Freedom. We direct it through our Three-fold Flame, from within our Three-fold Flame! We do the same with the Theme and Thoughtform of this Sacred Year. Truly becoming the Thoughtform or 2013 in all its Divine Qualities is a perfect example of Seventh Ray of Ceremonial, Ordered Service and the Divine Rituals of a New Age!
This perfectly captures the motto of the Great Light Brotherhood …where I AM the doer, the doing and the deed! This truly is God in Action on Earth! Let us contemplate our service within daily life and its alignment with and dedication to this vow of service. As our Beloved Gandhi said: ‘Let us be the change we desire for the world.’ Our privilege is to align our efforts with the Highest Energy, Vibration and Consciousness creating and practicing such current Transformation …from Father/Mother God, through Beloved Saint Germain, and into the world through Humanity’s Flame in action.
And again I leave you within the Cosmic Dove of Holy Spirit and its Sacred Fires of Divine Love in their most Transformative Powers. As the Gathering of Ascended Humanity, you truly represent a Global Baptism of Humanity by the Forces of Grace that now Ascend this sweet Earth into her Divine Plan!
