Beloved Kindred Spirits …embodied and between embodiments, let us sojourn together in the Holy Comfort of each other’s Cosmic Love …together, standing in the Light! Here we gather with the Great Angels and Ascended Masters, in the natural beauty of the Elemental Kingdom, as Nature expresses across her Multi-dimensional Reality.

Let us again accept that our collective Divine Light is in action with full force …to ‘lighten up’ the physical, etheric, mental and emotional realms of Humanity …so that she might see, feel and deeply experience her Divine Nature. Within this global Light Service, let us now project the Voice of the Great I AM into these realms … ‘shaking the ethers’ with the Sacred Vibrational Fields of our Ascended and Free Energy, Vibration and Consciousness. Let us claim our global Spiritual Agency …projecting our Sacred Vibrational Fields into the lived experience of Humanity. We may do so by using the words, phrases and concepts of the Ascended and Free Teachings as Invocations, Decrees, Mantras, Visualizations and Meditations …as well as our own Celestial Intuition / Divine Revelations than we recognize from our own meditations …uniquely expressing our own Divinity.

Let us serve together, using projected Consciousness …so that united, we ‘speak to Humanity globally’, with our collective Momentum of Spiritual Intervention. This is our Voice of the Great I AM …together, standing in the Light! We have developed this Cosmic Momentum of collective co-service in other Dimensions, Realms, Spheres of Light …serving in Unity as does the Great Light Brotherhood and the Spiritual Hierarchy. Let us use this Power of projected Consciousness so that we each feel and experience ‘speaking to Humanity’ …while in full collective Spiritual Integration with Humanity. Fulfilling this unique position of Light Service is what the Spiritual Hierarchy asks of us. This Service is offered from the Realm of Cause …with the effects aimed at Humanity having the experience of speaking to herself from within! And further, Humanity listening with intent to her own Divinity …listening to the Voice within, rather than the illusion all around. Let us pause and contemplate this unique opportunity …an understanding that we agreed to when given this prospect to embody at this Cosmic Moment …agreed to when standing before the Karmic Board.

This is important, for as we expand our Divine Presence within the lived experience of Humanity, the Spiritual Hierarchy is then allowed to further their input …as Cosmic Law determines their input based on embodied Light Service from within Humanity …where the need is!  The intent of Cosmic Law is so that Humanity is responsible for 51% of her Ascension Process (as it also is with our personal Ascension Process) …so that this dawning Golden Age is permanent! For this is what makes this New Age different that the previous Golden Ages …where the Spiritual Hierarchy was much more the generator of the New Age …with Humanity less of an active participant and more of the receiver of a blessing. Now we generate / co-create a New Age through our collective Spiritual Agency! And then our vast interconnectedness with Higher Dimensions of Light may have their tangible effects …as the Transformational Events in Consciousness we so desire.

Let us pause in meditation …experiencing Universal I AM. This begins with a Constant Ceremony of Building Cosmic Momentum …of becoming empty of self (persons, places, conditions and things), of time (all past, present and future now) …and of space (no walls, no floors, no ceilings). There is only Eternal Flame and its Infinite Radiant Light …that of you …and that of Universal I AM! In this Divine Heavenly Place, the Third Eye and all Creative Faculties open, like Lotus Blossoms floating upon still Sacred Waters …all within the Great Solar Quiet. Pause …

Dear Ones, let us effort to understand freedom from self, time and space …as well understanding freedom into the multi-dimensional breadth of this Light Service. This requires the Crystal Vision of the Elohim regarding the Nature of Father / Mother God. Contemplate …that even as the Outbreath of the Masculine Ray / Father God Principle continually expands the Universe, simultaneously the Feminine Ray / Mother God Principle Inbreathes it all closer to its Divine Potential, drawing it to its Revelation as an Eternal Aspect of Divine Love.

As you activate the Outbreath, so too do you become the Inbreath. This is the Harmony and Balance of Father / Mother God within Cosmic Cycles of Co-creation. This same principle holds for us in our Breathing Statement each month …each day and each moment. So, in our Rhythmic Ceremony of Ascended and Free Light Service, let us meditate on becoming this Holy Inbreath / Outbreath …as the Cosmic Motion of Father / Mother God …balancing expansion and absorption as well as centripetal / centrifugal forces …in perfect Harmony.

As we develop this Understanding, our embodied Solar Consciousness now allows us to access a higher Cosmic Momentum …the very ancient yet very present Twelve-fold Aspects of Deity. Let us contemplate how these Influences of the Great Solar Logi now apply to our Breath Activity …and how this further expands our Attunement to the Cosmic Breath Activity. As our Light Service expands, this will activate these ageless memories of Spiritual Impetus …’from before time’. This is our Divine Lineage and given to us now to further lift the Veil of Maya from Humanity’s vision of herself. Thus, Light Service now evolves new Multi-dimensional Aspects that bring a greater sense personal fulfillment in Light Service …expanding our sense of Spiritual Agency in assisting Humanity …while intensifying our very reason for being!

As we contemplate this expanded opportunity, let us remember what science teaches us. In quantum physics, ‘entangled particles’ remain connected, so that actions performed on one affects the other. In Light Service, what ‘connects particles’ is our attention …whether offering a blessing of our Light upon persons, places, conditions and things …or our attention upon an Ascended Master or a Focus of Sacred Fire, in receiving a Blessing from Source. It is part of the vast interconnectedness of Universal I AM! It is an Inbreath / Outbreath Activity. This is the Harmony and Balance of Light Service …the giving and the receiving in perfect balance! Our Light Service is seen as both an Outbreath Activity, with ‘wave-function’ Spirit proceeding into the world of form …down to every cell, atom and electron of life …as well as an Inbreath Activity where ‘particle-function’ returns to its ‘wave-function’ (its Spiritual Nature) …back to its Divine Potential as Perfection Patterns, now expressing along a Higher Frequency Arc of Development.

And in this Reality, we may then see the ‘river of time’, as well as the ‘ocean of space’, as realities that we can calmly function within …as well as existing beyond! The choice of embodiment into the world of form requires ‘space’ (length, breadth and width) and ‘time’ (as an added physical dimension) …as these are the basics of life in ‘particle-function’. Our Ascension Process asks us to move past these basic dimensions towards Higher Frequency Multi-dimensional Existence. Therefore, we visualize these basic dimensions as something we can observe from beyond them …as well as abide within them.

Visualization …place yourself at the center of a huge Maltese Cross …with ‘all time’ (past, present and future) running through you along the vertical pole, for as far as you can see. Then see and feel ‘all space’ expanding out from you along the horizontal pole …endlessly, for as far as you can see. This creates the four arms of the Cross. We exist at its Center, as an Eternal Flame …where we calmly observe both of ‘these flows’ and feel distinct from them …observing the Cross …beyond ‘being on the cross’ (in daily life). The Maltese Cross is a Symbol of Spiritual Freedom …freedom from the limitations of self, time and space …and Freedom into the Multi-dimensional Reality of our True Spiritual Agency within Universal I AM!

In doing so, lest us return to the Holy Innocence we knew at the Gates of Birth …before stepping upon the cross, where Spirit enters matter.  Abiding in this Sacred Place, we visualize our spiritual birth …a Celestial Ray of Pure Energy from our Mighty I AM Presence anchoring into the world of form …expressing there as a Sacred Vibrational Field. The physical, etheric, mental and emotional vehicles coalesce around this. All vibrational fields carry information. And thus, this activity is simultaneously encoded with seeds of the same Cosmic Consciousness as the Mighty I AM Presence …to eventually express upon Earth as the Solar Christ Self.

We visualize this activity of ‘manifesting embodiment’ …Spirit entering matter …being held in the Comfort of the Feminine Ray and the Sisterhood of the Temples of Birth. And in this Holy Innocence at the Gates of Birth, we stand serenely confident of achieving our Divine Potential …within the coming embodiment. Let us remember the deep Celestial Feeling of this Holy Innocence …just before embodiment

Then once in embodiment, having reached a certain maturity within daily life …we replicate this Holy Innocence  …by returning to this Divine Heavenly Place within our Eternal Flame and its Infinite Radiant Light. We learn to accelerate the many levels of Vibrational Fields within our vehicles, using the intensive Light of the Eternal Flame. It proceeds inwards to every cell, atom and electron, accelerating each Vibrational Field …and then outward in our Light Service to Humanity and the Elemental Kingdom …accelerating every Vibrational Field it encounters. Here we become the Light of the world …as Divine Directors of our Sacred Fire and its Eternal Light …with its Higher Frequency States of Energy, Matter and Intelligence flowing into Co-creation. This is the ‘giving and receiving’ balance, experienced with every visualization and meditation of this Spiritual Potential. And with each experience, we are born again in our Light Service!

And now the Cosmic Influence of the Great Solar Logi …derived from the Twelve Central Suns, from when our present Great Central Sun Elohae and Eloha were yet planets …is added to this Light Service. Imagine the Spiritual Impetus of such Cosmic Momentums …having been amplified with every Major Cycle of Universal I AM since then.  All of this is now presented to us by the enlightenment of becoming our Great Solar Disc, representing these original Great Solar Logi.  This is the Spiritual Ancestry of all Children of the Light …and the full Divine Potential of Humanity …as the I AM Race!

Let us utilize this Cosmic Momentum of Love, Wisdom and Power within these Twelve Aspects of Deity.

Beloved Children of the Light, greetings from the Flame Room within the Central Sun. Here we abide, together, standing in the Light!

Let us contemplate ‘Divine Dispensations’. These are ‘Cosmic developmental steps’, granted so that new opportunities may arise across the spectrum of Co-creation within Universal I AM. On a planetary level, the Lord of the World, the Manus, the Karmic Board and the Maha Chohan are the main arbiters of Dispensations regarding Humanity and her Spiritual Development. This has included allowing Sacred Knowledge for the enlightenment of Humanity across the entire spectrum of the Seven Rays …science, economics, literature and the arts, music, diplomacy and recently, certain technologies. Such Dispensations are released by efforts from within Humanity (Invocation, Prayer, as well as those visionaries ‘imagining the future’). And beyond this, dispensations are also driven by a requirement of the Spiritual Hierarchy, to move Humanity forward in order to align her with Higher Order Cosmic Dispensations …as in ‘the turning of the Great Cosmic Cycles’.

So, this present Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom includes both a call from Humanity (Invocation) and from the Spiritual Hierarchy, a Cosmic Declaration to align Humanity with Higher Order Decrees …regarding Root Race progressions; the rebalance of the Masculine / Feminine Rays; and the turning of the Major Ray Dispensation, from the Sixth Ray Ministry of the Christian Age to the Seventh Ray Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom.  And all of these requirements are in the context of an even Higher Order Cycle of the Great Cosmic Inbreath. All these Cycles turn …and this is captured in what we refer to as the Next Life Wave Coming!

The Seventh Ray Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom was a specific Invocation of Beloved Saint Germain and Lady Portia, as the Chohans of the next Major Ray Influence for Humanity. This was to be a final chapter, planned to complete all Seven Ray Cycles in a permanent Golden Age of Spiritual Freedom. Because of their petition to allow Humanity powerful Sacred Knowledge before she had earned it through Spiritual Development, this request came to us at the level of the Central Sun, rather than stay at the level of the local Sun of Earth’s Solar System, Beloved Helios and Vesta.  The request was for a rapid reversal of Humanity’s use of her Creative Faculties in the use of Life Energies …forever sealing ‘the door where evil dwells’ and forever returning to the Divine Plan of Humanity’s True Spiritual Agency on Earth …Building Divine Self, Building Divine Consciousness and Building an Eternal Life in the Light.

This Dispensation included the Great Divine Alchemy within Sacred Fire …where all karmic debt and karmic patterns of the past are resolved …allowing for an Eternal Moment of Spiritual Freedom. When karmic patterns are integrated with all the Forces of Sacred Fire and the Spheres of Spiritual Impetus of the Great Solar Logi …then the Power and Authority of God in Action, through Humanity, always prevails! It has been thus on other planets in other Solar Systems. This brings forth the Transformational Events in Consciousness so desired, opening the Gates of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom. This is the Love, Wisdom and Power of the Next Life Wave Coming …the Cohesive Power of Divine Love, uniting all life in her Ascended State. This is every ‘prophecy story’ coming to fruition.

The Great Repair and Restoration of Humanity is to re-establish the Original Attunement with the Divine. The ultimate Transformation for Humanity is her Ascension as the I AM Race  …as well as the ultimate Transformation for our sweet Earth into her Higher Frequency Obit. The Gathering of Ascending Humanity becomes the conduit for this Transformation.  Affirm and feel …

Space is a flow …a Cosmic Foundational Influence in motion.
Time is a flow …a Cosmic Foundational Influence in motion.
Stepping out of time and space is like stepping out of a river,
observing its flow …existing outside of it …alongside of it.

Such is the simplicity of the conduit the Spiritual Hierarchy requires of Humanity. The Light does the rest! In daily life, Humanity and the Elemental Kingdom exist in the ocean of space and the river of time. In becoming the Divine Instrument, we may operate outside of both these basic fundamentals and can observe both …as well as function within the many other Cosmic Foundational Influences that exist.  If time and space are ‘forces of influence’ in motion, then imagine that the Great Solar Logi are similarly Twelve Spheres of Influence …as fundamental as time, space and gravity, but operate dimensionally at a Higher Frequencies. But they are perceivable and made useful through expanding one’s Consciousness …especially when experiencing the vast interconnectedness of Indivisible Flowing Wholeness. Here we see, feel and deeply accept that a sub-atomic particle, or a person, or a planet …operates in the same Oneness Consciousness as we do, when becoming our True Identity!

Dear Children of the Seventh Ray, let us turn our attention to our Beloved Lady Portia. She attended the Ceremony of releasing the Seventh Ray Dispensation to Beloved Saint Germain …to begin the Next Life Wave Coming to our sweet Earth. She is a Feminine Ray Aspect of the Seventh Ray, regarding its Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom. She is known as the Goddess of Opportunity, for this is an unprecedented opportunity to redeem a planet that had fallen well below any frequency known in this Galaxy. She is also responsible for many of your opportunities …to offer your Light Service, having stood before the Karmic Board to support your application to embody at this Cosmic Moment. The Karmic Board has a very complex task of ensuring a Gathering of embodied Solar Consciousness, while also following Cosmic Law regarding the necessary balancing of karmic debt within Humanity. And our sweet Earth is a very desired place for Cosmic Light Service, as it is the best opportunity of developing a deeper level of Spiritual Agency than possible in other Realms. So here we offer our Gratitude for the opportunity for ‘being here and now’!

Lady Portia is also known as the Goddess of Justice. You will feel her Presence in all efforts to restore and rebalance all imbalanced use of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness on this planet. This Cosmic Service of Justice began at the ‘beginning of time’ …at the ‘great fall’ during the Fourth Root Race. ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELOVED PALLAS ATHENA …the Goddess of Truth and member of the Karmic Board …

Beloved Cosmic Rays of Truth embodied …greetings from the Realms of Light. I AM of the Fifth Ray, as regards my Principal Service to Life on Earth.

The Fifth Ray includes the world of science, a study that is sometimes referred to as ‘organized curiosity’.  It refers to wondering how the universe functions and how best to understand it.  So, in science you ask a question of the universe (develop a theory) …which in Spiritual terms we might describe as an Invocation to Universal I AM …to ‘help us understand’. In science you would then develop a method of proving or disproving that theory …which would also include developing the correct instrumentation to observe our theory in action, as well as observing the possible outcomes of testing that theory.

Spiritually we might call this using our Divine Instrument in asking Universal I AM to reveal to us our Truth …or our next level of developing Truth for this moment …as it may relate to understanding of our personal Ascension Process in this embodiment. We also make the call to Universal I AM to understand the global events within daily life. Our call to Universal I AM is to understand the Truth behind what is projected upon the ‘screen of life’ …to understand and serve from the Realms of Cause and not be distracted by the world of effects. And the necessary ‘measuring instrument’ is again our Divine Instrument …operating through our Creative Faculties, as we unfold our scientific / spiritual inquiry into understanding the Universe.

Here we invoke the Elohim of the Fifth Ray in opening our Crystal Vision …to ‘Seeing’ such levels of Truth we seek to understand. Remember dear Ones, we began this embodied Ascension Process as a Celestial Ray of the Mighty I AM Presence projected into the etheric /physical ‘world of form’ …which then expresses as a Sacred Vibrational Field …which also comes completely encoded with Cosmic Consciousness (all levels of Truth!).  We then proceed through a series of embodiments trying to access, understand, develope and utilize this Cosmic Consciousness …all from within Elemental Vehicles. This is the unique Ascension Process on Earth!

So, regarding Humanity’s Ascension Process, our current invocation / discovery / exploration is the Nature of her Multi-dimensional True Identity.…as it relates to Humanity globally.  Here we observe the results (or Revelation) of our Spiritual Inquiry invoked through the use of our Divine Instrument. Such ‘observation of the Nature of Divinity’ is not passive or neutral (as science requires) but rather includes sense of Joy and Serenity that we are (I AM!) God in Action within our Ascension Process. This becomes a Revelation in discovering a Transformative Perception of this embodiment …our True Identity with its Higher Purpose and Meaning, tangibly felt within daily life. Here we find our Divine Validation!

While science seems fascinated by outer space, we remain spiritually fascinated by the vast interconnectedness  of ‘inner space’ …our Inner Self and the many Multi-dimensional Aspects of that Truth. This understanding unfolds gradually through many embodiments and eventually culminates in the Ascension …off the ‘wheel of birth and death’. But now we reach ‘a tipping point’, where enough of the Gathering of Ascending Humanity has formed …functioning beyond self, time and space, where even with karmic debt and karmic patterns still present …this ‘outer screen’ is simply, calmly observed. But into this scene comes the future, flowing into the present …as ‘the Divine Direction of Sacred Fire’, using the Powers of the Twelve Solar Logi …the Great Solar Disc of Celestial Momentums developed well before the formation of this Solar System. Thus, the Twelve Solar Logi represents the past before the development of karma… as well as Humanity’s future of full Spiritual Agency in this New Age of Spiritual Freedom! Past and future meet in our Eternal Moment of now!

The Powers of the Twelve Solar Logi are infinitely greater than the karmic debt / karmic patterns associated with Humanity. Earth is a relatively small planet within a relatively new Solar System.  This Cosmic Rebalancing simply awaited the coming of the Solar Christ Self to Earth, as a Group Avatar. Singular Avatars of the Cosmic Christ had declared “everything I have done so shall ye also do, and greater things”. This prophecy is the Gathering of Ascending Humanity as the collective Divine Instrument, created from individual Divine Instruments operating in Oneness Consciousness …allowing such Cosmic Powers to be released within Humanity. In the coming of Previous Golden Ages, such Celestial Powers were presented to Humanity from Higher Frequency Dimensions by the Spiritual Hierarchy[1]. But these Gifts were never able to be sustained by Humanity into a permanent Golden Age. This New Age of Spiritual Freedom is only formulated so as to be permanent …and thus must come through Humanity from within her. Hence our desire for Light Service to be everywhere present within Humanity!

In my capacity, I have developed certain Cosmic Momentums of unveiling Truth …allowing me the Office of  Goddess of Truth. And as member of the Karmic Board, we collectively desire to release Humanity from her self-imposed restrictions …and release her into her Spiritual Freedom. I sojourn with you now to reveal how the Karmic Board intends the resolution of karmic debt and all karmic patterns within Humanity!

Let us meditate upon the understanding and utilizing this Twelve-fold Causal Body. We see Twelve Spheres of multicolored Energy, Vibration and Consciousness as our Solar Aura, each representing one of the Twelve Suns of the Great Solar Logi. As we abide in these Twelve Realms of Sacred Fire, we affirm:

I AM my Causal Body!
I abide in it, and it abides in me!
Here I AM the Presence that Causes!
This is the Altar upon which I Serve in
my present embodied Solar Consciousness!

Together, standing in the Light,
I AM alive, alert, awake and conscious at
the Higher Frequencies of the Divine Potential!

I AM A SACRED VIBRATIONAL FIELD
…of the One Celestial Ray of the Mighty I AM Presence
…of its Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame
…of the Solar Spine and its Seven Chakra Suns
…of each of the Three Suns of embodied Solar Consciousness
…and now, of the Twelve Spiritual Spheres of Influence,
my Solar Causal Body representing the Great Solar Logi.

And finally, I AM the One Vibrational Field of all of this
as the SOLAR CHRIST SELF …present, here and now!

And SO IT IS, BELOVED I AM!

Beloved Ones, in Exploring the Causal Body, we are all in ‘the act of Cosmic Remembering’. And now, through the Power of the Great Solar Disc, our Divine Memories of the Mastery of Sacred Fire become more Powerful. For they are much more ancient than any generation of karmic debt. The only Source of Victory is the Eternal Flame and its Infinite Radiant Light! For it contains all the answers for all the questions Humanity has not yet even thought of …for all the solutions to all the problems of Humanity. Directly within Humanity is her Divine Source …Omniscient, Omnipresent and Omnipotent …the Immortal Victorious Three-fold Flame!

Think of it! The Eternal Flame and its Infinite Radiant Light have only known ever-increasing, ever-expanding Perfection Patterns. From the perspective of daily life, it has been ‘this Way’ in the past, is now …and shall ever be in the future.  Yet the Eternal Flame knows nothing of time and space restrictions …operating as it does in Cosmic Consciousness. So, as we become ’empty of time’ and experience ‘everything now’, then all the past, present and future Cosmic Momentums of our Eternal Flame, flow into in Co-creation.

Imagine yourself in the future, completely Ascended and Free in the Realms of Light. Imagine the Love, Wisdom and Power of your Eternal Flame impacting Multi-dimensional Reality …as your Service to Life only has expanded throughout Universal I AM. It might appear you have dramatically changed from the way you see your Spiritual Agency now. But your Eternal Flame will be exactly the same as it is now. It is the same Sun of Perfection Patterns now, as it will be then. It simply invokes you to take advantage of its Power and Authority now …and not ‘wait in time’ for this Reality to come. It is only ego consciousness that separated itself from this Reality.  Therefore, in the practice of ’empty of self, time and space’, we re-enter the Great Solar Quiet of ‘only Divinity’ …endless variations on Perfection Patterns …made manifest! This is the Way, the Truth and the Life!
