ASCENSION CONCEPTS
Beloved Ones ...our attention may go to any number of things in the world. We aim to focus on the positive in all things. Still, there are persons, places, conditions and things that yet require Healing through the lens of our Ascended and Free Consciousness.
As an aspiring Priest/Priestess of Sacred Fire, we have been trained in ‘stepping into the Flame’ and infusing that Reality into the world. This is the Order of Zadkiel. We train and serve within this Order, an Initiation we were honored with before this embodiment! Contemplate this. Our service is to ‘bridge the gap’ between daily life and the Magic Presence of Sacred Fire. This is the role of the living Christ on Earth. We provide the Healing and Restoring Energy, Vibration and Consciousness that the Cosmic Christ Principle offers the world. Remember …

Where my attention goes, my energy flows and my energy is my life. With this Law it may appear we should put our attention only on harmonious and balanced things, else somehow we give away our life’s energies to that lower vibration. On one level this is clearly true, knowing we are ultimately responsible for every electron of Divine Energy we send forth. The answer of course is that we maintain our Energy at an Ascended and Free Frequency, while consciously protecting ourselves from descending into any foci of lower vibrations that comes into our awareness. The practices of ‘detachment’, ‘focused awareness on the Divine Presence at all times’ and ‘emptiness of ego’ will assure this mastery.
For if we ‘hold steady’ in the Harmony of our True Being, within our Sun of the Sun, knowing invincibly that we are a Powerful Quantum Forcefield wielding Higher Laws that supersede ego consciousness (that created the imbalance in the first place) …instead of giving away our Sacred Energies to that situation, we instead raise that situation up into the Light of its own Divine Potential. Meditate on this.
So, the Law may now read: Where my attention goes, my energy flows and my energy is my life …and my life is Ascended and Free! Therefore, Ascended and Free Consciousness flows into all persons, places, conditions and things upon which I choose to place my attention. And as long as I AM Harmonious, literally within my Three-fold Flame of Harmony, then as I place my attention upon even imbalanced things, I become one with it in my Love of it …at the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of Ascended and Free! Thus, it becomes one with Ascended and Free Energy …and is Healed! This is the Path of Ascended Mastery! And we affirm: this is who I AM!
How else does Lord Michael serve 20 out of 24 hours in the psychic and astral realms? How else did Beloved Jesus raise up Lazarus from the dead? He put his attention upon ‘death’ and brought forth life, through the infusion of his Resurrection Flame. As aspiring Masters of Ascended and Free Consciousness, we are not drawn down by the focus of our attention …it is raised up with us! Our commitment, focus and the Power of our Flame and its Radiant Light is stronger than any ego-based imbalance. Indeed, this is our individual path to Ascended Mastery …and Humanity’s collective path to Spiritual Freedom! This is our service to life in this embodiment, when the Earth now moves into her assigned orbit within the Great Cosmic Inbreath …finally Healed and Restored from her long fall (vibrationally) into karma.
But the key is always remaining in Harmony, knowing without a doubt that our Flame and its Radiant Light is always stronger than any imbalance. So, we use discernment. Like an Elemental Being in training, who first tries to outpicture the perfection of a small flower rather than a mountain, we address small daily issues first, before graduating onto larger issues. We build spiritual confidence in our Mastery of Consciousness and our Transmission of the Flame. Then, doing this through the synchronicity and power of world-wide group service allows for greater issues to be healed. And if the Solar Christ Self of all Humanity is invoked and engaged, then everything is up for Healing and Restoration! We then we find ourselves in the flow of the Great Cosmic Inbreath …Ascended and Free Humanity on her Ascended and Free Earth in her Ascended and Free Heavens!
If in our training (and for whatever reason) we are drawn down by a lower vibration in our awareness and, for that moment, not able to stay in our Ascended and Free Consciousness, then the first priority is to extricate ourselves from that moment and return to our Sanctuary of Harmony until restored to Ascended and Free Consciousness. It is our free will and our Divine Plan to do so. It is always the right thing, above all else, to restore The Harmony of our True Being, for only from that Sacred State may we truly serve the Light …else we risk further serving ego, even with our best intention. Harmony, Balance and Together, standing in the Light is the Keynote of our service.
But not only are we collectively proving the benefit of our Inner Training with the Ascended Masters, more and more are joining our numbers as they come into their Awareness, along whatever line of endeavor is theirs. Remember that the Law of Life and its Divine Creation will express along all seven Planetary Rays and infuse all aspects of daily life …education, government, business, healing, justice, arts and sciences. Together, we stand in the Light with all those that are awakening to this Divine Creative Process (whether their outer mind is cognizant of this or not). Together, ours is the collective Divine Potential of Ascended and Free Humanity …and Victory is ours! And SO IT IS!

ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELOVED SAINT GERMAIN…
Beloved Ones, I have taught the Great Law of Life through various embodiments and (since accepting my permanent Ascension), through wonderful Light Activities, anchored by Lightservers such as your dear selves. I have done so in order to Enlighten Humanity to her innate God Powers in the creation of her present reality. And I may tell you we are further along in this Cause than the outer screen of life might suggest. This is why we ask that you only serve from the Realm of Cause, rather than awaiting validation from the realm of effects. In earlier generations I might have taken you in projected Consciousness into the Cave of Symbols or other Ascended Master Temple and present potential upcoming Revelation to your outer mind. But now I turn such things over to your own developing Ascended Mastery …to reveal such Revelation to yourself. There is clear progress in areas of daily life that previously were unthinkable. Thus, all you need do is open your eyes of Crystal Vision to enjoy Revelation!
We are clearing the Way in Consciousness for Glory such as will soon amaze the outer mind. We clearly live in the time of the Divine Plan. But the Cosmic Clock moves on its own cycle, outside of time and space. Thus, for those embodied within time and space, patience is indeed a virtue! And those who understand the Realm of Cause know that it only exists in the Eternal Moment of Now …enjoying Spiritual Freedom continuously in the present, without waiting for time to pass into the future. Here I might say that it is wiser to measure the timing of ‘the changes you seek’ by the progress in transforming Consciousness, rather than by a calendar. Thus, it may come sooner or take longer than ‘predicted’, as any prediction must consider the nature of free-will …including the impact of the Law of Life being applied through Ascended and Free Humanity! For this is the greatest impact on current reality, as seen from our side of the veil.
LAW OF LIFE
Let us contemplate together the Law of Life. For this is the essence of our Ascension in Consciousness and the Creation of Ascended and Free Earth. Let us take each statement and expand on it.
WHAT MY ATTENTION IS UPON, THAT I BECOME! This is the First Law of the creation of self. It speaks to being well trained as to what we place our attention upon, so that we only invite Higher Frequencies of life into ourselves, into our Temple. Hence, we meditate on Sacred Fire along all the Rays of Divinity, upon all the Cosmic Beings within the Spiritual Hierarchy and the Royal Kingdoms of Angels and Elementals …and all the gifts / qualities of Holy Spirit, including those presently embodied within Humanity.
Yet this Law may be expanded in its Power if we contemplate the following, especially in our present service of Redemption of our sweet Earth. Consider the following:

WHERE MY ATTENTION GOES MY ENERGY FLOWS AND MY ENERGY IS MY LIFE.
Here we practice the Transmission of the Flame. Light is the emanation of Sacred Fire and the Supreme Perfection in the Universe. When we abide in the Harmony of our True Being, our attention automatically transmits our Sacred Flame and its Radiant Light into the focus of our attention. And armed with the Truth that the Light of God is always Victorious, then whatever we focus our Energy upon victoriously ascends towards its Divine Potential. Importantly, our intent is not to know how, when or where this will occur, just that it most definitely will! And we rejoice in this Victory, detached from these aspects of time and space. For we already live in the Victory of the Light beyond time and space …where in this Light, all Divine Potential is already fulfilled.
The Key is to remain in the Harmony of our True Being. This requires being empty of self and one with Way …the flow of Divine Light rushing into us along the Silver Cord from the I AM Presence, into our Heart Center and out into the world through our Creative Faculties. Trained as we are in breathing, relaxation, visualization and meditation let us build a daily momentum of this Harmony and Peace Divine. Visualize standing like an Ascended Master within the Three-fold Flame …in full Dominion of all Energy, Vibration and Consciousness that has been given us by Father/Mother God. See the dazzling Radiance of this Light rushing forth into daily life through our Creative Faculties of thought, feeling, word and deed. To inner sight, the Light projects forth from us in brilliant Rays of Electronic Light, particularly from our heart, throat, head and hands, directly into the specific focus of our attention.
As we do this exercise, feel this same Electronic Light blazing through our bodies, leaving a legacy of its Perfection within every cell, atom and electron of our Being. See and feel this intensely. For its manifestation is that of Youth, Beauty and Opulence. As we continue to Radiate Light, we become a True Disciple of Holy Spirit. Thus, Holy Spirit will automatically align with our Light and expand the influence of Cosmic Holy Spirit through us. Our Light being infused into every person, place, condition and thing our attention is upon becomes the Presence of Holy Spirit. Say often:
Oh, Mighty God Presence I AM!
Through the Power of my attention, provide the full
Dominion of Thy Light to bring forth the Divine Potential
within every person, place, condition and thing in my awareness.
Through the Power of my Divine Harmony prove Thy full
Dominion over all Energy, Vibration and Consciousness
in my life. Reveal to all Thy Light as the Creator
of all Perfection in my life and of all life everywhere.
Come Holy Spirit Come!
Bless every person, place, condition and thing
that comes into my attention. Through the Light I AM,
provide every God Quality that is required or desired
to produce the Divine Potential for all involved.

WHAT I THINK AND FEEL, I BRING INTO FORM.
This next aspect of the Law of Life reminds that we are creators of our reality through control and mastery of thought and feeling. Although the Earth appears to be a physical planet, in reality it is a sea of thoughts and feelings. The result is that Humanity’s thoughts and feelings, transmitted vibrationally through her words and deeds, becomes the physical world of form and function. If we purified our thoughts and feelings, emptied them of ego habits that have ruled these creative centers for eons, then we would create a world of Limitless Physical Perfection. Contemplate this! All Energy, Matter and Intelligence needed for this Divine Plan is already within the Light. This is the Original design and intent in the process of Creation!
Thus, if not disturbed by the frequencies of ego, the Light will automatically manifest as all that we require or desire in living a life of Heaven on Earth. This is exactly how the first Root Races lived on Earth and is everything we return to now in the dawning Golden Age. This is how Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings enjoy Celestial Existence in the Realms of Pure Light. Humanity has a powerful memory of this Reality, which is why so many are drawn to religion, as a promise of a return to this Glory. And here we are offering all of this promise right here and now as the Magic Presence of Sacred Fire and its Radiant Light!
WHAT MY ATTENTION IS UPON THERE I AM, FOR I AM MY CONSCIOUSNESS.
The study of Consciousness is the Jewel of the Ascended Master Teachings. This aspect of the Law of Life returns us to that study. Since Consciousness precedes everything, once we transform Consciousness, then we transform everything! Contemplate this! Our Consciousness is our Ascended and Free vehicle! It moves the Powerful Quantum Forcefield of our Sacred Fire through the physical, etheric, mental and emotional realms of daily life. It provides us a vehicle to be here, there and everywhere present, across all dimensions we choose to serve within.
And it is precisely Sacred Fire that transforms our Consciousness. Application of Sacred Fire through our Consciousness is done through decree, affirmation, chant, song, visualization, meditation and movement, most powerfully if in the company of music, fragrance, colors and flame. Divine Ceremony is ours to create! We are all gifted in some aspect of Divine Ceremony and the world awaits the marvelous impact of our practice! The New Age is the Age of Divine Ceremony …ceremoniously living the Divine Creative Process!
Our Consciousness is our collection of thoughts, feelings, words and deeds since our first embodiment. Sacred Fire purifies all ego interference and restores the ‘Flow of Light’ that was originally intended ‘in the beginning’. Again, the Light contains all the Energy, Intelligence and Matter to produce the Divine Plan. Nothing else is required! It is all within one photon of Divine Light! The Great Cosmic Beings use this same Divine Creative Process to continuously produce Perfection! And this is our immediate destiny as well!
And so, I leave you in the Law of Life, knowing that I AM with you every time you practice your initiation into Ascended Mastery …and our global, collective practice of the Divine Creative Process![1]

Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of the Beloved Spirit of Precipitation and the Brotherhood at the Royal Teton Retreat …
Beloved Children of the Seventh Ray, welcome into the embrace of the Great Light Brotherhood. The primordial gift of Father/Mother God to Humanity was of Free Will, the ability of creating her own ‘Way’ on Earth. After all, the Earth was a pristine idea, new in the entire Universe, of seeing how far into the denseness of form could God Perfection manifest. After much training with the Manus in the Realms of Light, this gift of ‘continuous self creation’ was first delivered into Earth during the descent of the First Root Race, under the Protection of Lord Michael, at the location of the Royal Tetons. Humanity was given the tools of creation (her Creative Faculties) and asked only to empower them with Ascended and Free Consciousness from the Mighty I AM Presence.
As the gentle reader knows, this went off perfectly as there was no knowledge other than to create perfection …the natural parameters of the Three-fold Flame of Harmony and Balance. The Divine Plan calls for the embodied Root Race to master each of the Seven Rays in succession during a major cycle of 14,000 years. In each major cycle, there are seven minor cycles of 2,000 years, when each of the seven Planetary Rays would radiate through the Chakras, until that Ray was mastered. The first, second and third Root Races all proceeded into their Ascension, following this Divine Plan.[2]
During each minor cycle each one would have only several embodiments …but of very long duration[3], as there was no disease, disintegration and thus death. An embodiment was ended when the Mighty I AM Presence decided that all the goals of that embodiment were achieved. The soul was given a date for withdrawal back into formless Light and thus ‘time’ to set all affairs in order.
This would simply mean all projects that one was working on for the good of Humanity would be safely stored or passed on to another worthy soul, time for goodbye’s and then plans of when all would meet again at the next embodiment or within the Realms of Light. There was no separation between ‘the formed and unformed’, thus no fear of separation and thus no grieving. It was all one continuum of living between the realms and dimensions at our disposal. And each 2,000-year cycle brought the full functioning of that Chakra and those Qualities of Holy Spirit into the individual character …and thus throughout society.
And once the full complement of seven planetary Chakras was fully developed, then the Seven-fold planetary spine automatically blended into the Twelve-fold Solar Spine of the Mighty I AM Presence. And again, the Christ, the fully functioning Daughter or Son of Father/Mother God, was walking on Earth! And at the appointed moment, the actual Ascension would occur, all timed according to the Manu and the entire Root Race. And we would be off to our next Cosmic adventure of ‘expanding the borders of perfection’ in the Universe. This was all proceeding so well that the Great Cosmic Council decided that the Earth, with the ability to create Perfection in the denseness of form, would be the very best option for wayward laggards from various other ‘systems’ whose vibration had fallen into denseness, to find redemption and be given an opportunity for the Ascension.
And because this plan was then implemented, Humanity was given a choice for the first time between creating perfection and creating imbalance. This is where the ‘legends of genesis’ arise from …the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Father/Mother God gave Humanity the wisdom to know the difference and thus lead the laggards from their imbalance into the Garden of Eden (or Heaven on Earth …which is Perfection manifesting in form). And even though there was a long period of training for the onset of this ‘great redemption’ and much help from Ascended Realms, the contagion was powerful and Humanity gradual fell into the abyss of ego and its creation of separation, fear, disease and death. Now we arise from this great fall and once again empower our Creative Faculties only with Ascended and Free Consciousness …empty of self …one with the original ‘Way’!
This original ‘Way’ or Divine Creative Process is the principal Radiation of the Flame at the Royal Tetons. It is called Precipitation’s Holy Flame. Its purpose is to empower Humanity to return to the Divine Plan of continuously creating her own uninterrupted Perfection in all aspects of daily life. Our service functions along all seven Rays of endeavor, so that all aspects of life may restore this Divine Creative Process. The great Council Rooms at the Royal Tetons continually host many awakened or awakening souls and their Ascended Mentors / Gurus. All nations, races, cultures, religions are represented, as are aspects of the arts, sciences, diplomacy, security, government, business, family, education and any other endeavor of Humanity that is an aspect of her Divine Plan restored.
Our Retreat is a virtual Gathering of Ascended Humanity in action. Think on this! And not only do we gather in Consciousness (while in mediation, prayer or sleep via projected Consciousness) but we begin to coherently gather in daily life, in subtle or unseen ways that nonetheless are gathering an invincible momentum. So, the Light servers we specifically address today are those who are outwardly conscious of our service and who choose to align with us! We work with you to clear the way for this entire process to arise within Humanity’s Consciousness to the level of full awareness. It does not matter if there is any outer acknowledgement of our (unseen) existence, or that of our Retreat or even our Flame.
Only two things matter: that Humanity is ever more attuned to the knowledge and use of her innate Creative Faculties …and that they are empowered only by Higher Consciousness (Loyalty only to the Divine). Through this Divine Creative Process alone does Harmony and Balance return to daily life. It has been said: “No problem can be solved from the same consciousness that created it.”[4] It is from this premise that we move forward in Ascending the Consciousness of all Humanity, in all walks of life …from the most mundane of affairs to the most extraordinary. Say often:
I AM the living Christ Principle on Earth
fusing Realms of Light and realms of form
…uniting Heaven and Earth.
I AM a Child of the Light!
I Love and Bless the Light!
I AM Loved and Blessed by the Light!
I AM only Flame and its Radiant Light,
pulsating through my Creative Faculties.
I AM only Ascended and Free Consciousness
empowering my Solar Chakras.
I AM a Powerful Quantum Forcefield,
moving through physical time and space.

RETURNING TO ORIGINAL REDEMPTION
This current restoration is the original Divine Potential fulfilled when the laggard energy first came to Earth to be redeemed …and given an opportunity to Ascend and complete its Divine Plan. We return to the point of that original decision of the Cosmic Council wherein we raise up imbalanced energy instead of the inverse! This time Victory is ours …and our Victory Statement[5] is its Truth! We finally return to Earth as she was always to have been …pristine and beautiful in her Energy, Vibration and Consciousness …which then manifests as the Garden of Eden …Limitless Physical Perfection on Earth.
This time we have all the assistance of the greatest ‘Light bearers’ in the Universe, many of whom are in embodiment to give assistance exactly where the need is …embodied daily life! Eons ago, laggard patterns were given opportunity on Earth to be redeemed, raised up and set free along every aspect of human endeavor. The Universe has since learned how tenacious this imbalance is across the spectrum of daily life. But as well, the Universe knows now what is required to successfully redeem it and all those who have fallen into its ego abyss. Therefore, great Light bearers are embodied along all seven Planetary Rays, not just along ‘overtly spiritual’ endeavors. This gives an opportunity for each Ray to redeem its misuse but, as well, to finally reveal each Ray’s full Blessings to Humanity. This is now occurring individually within each one of Humanity, as well collectively throughout society …enlightenment, purification and restoration of the Divine Creative Process.
MEDITATION
Let us go in meditation to that point in Earth’s history, the third sub-race of the Fourth Root Race, where the Divine Plan was revealing absolute perfection manifesting in the denseness of form. The Great Cosmic Council meets to address the need for an opportunity to allow laggard souls, having descended into lower vibrations, to seek redemption and rejoin the Divine Potential of the Universe …moving again towards their Ascension[6]. Let us visualize and feel this moment as if we are there! Let us remember that moment when the answer to laggard energy seemed at hand! Representatives of all the Ascended Races on Earth (or yet to embody on Earth), as well from other Ascended Planets were present …all in the company of Father/Mother God and their Court. Let us see ourselves at this resplendent gathering.
Let us remember the Joy when the decision was made that Earth was ready and prepared to accept these laggards and how all Systems of Worlds celebrated our ‘gift of opportunity’. Then the training proceeded for those embodied to recognize and ‘raise up’ laggard energy, using our Creative Faculties and the Sacred Fire. But even with hundreds of years of training through the embodied Priesthood before the first laggard embodied, Humanity gradually fell into ego. The under-estimation was in the power of curiosity, where Humanity had never before known any alternative to creating Perfection. Curiosity slowly drew individuals secretly into alternative paths of creation and the Divine Plan was progressively forgotten. In our meditation today, we observe this entire scene in detached ‘Buddha’ fashion.
But we also realize that this problem of curiosity that doomed the original Redemption effort is no longer in action now, for Humanity knows all to well the full gamut of ego deceit. Those that offer Redemption in the Light now stand Together in that Light, as we are committed to recognizing and then transmuting ego. We have been trained in this, and it guides our path. Ego still practices deceit and treachery but rather than being curious, we return to Flame and stand in its Radiant Light. This is reflected in our Victory Statement, where Ascended Humanity gathers …together, standing in the Light! We stand with each other, and within the Holy Brotherhood of Angels, Elementals and Ascended and Free Humanity, so that no one stands alone against ego forces.
And in this spirit, remember that the Great Light Brotherhood of the Royal Teton Retreat stands with you at all times in your service to the Light …expanding and projecting Precipitation’s Holy Flame through your Creative Faculties, in re-setting daily reality to the Divine Creative Process.
And SO IT IS, BELOVED I AM!

This refers to a point of such hopelessness in the potential of redemption of laggard souls that their Flame of Life is returned to its Source, no longer manifesting as an ‘individual Being’ within creation. ‘First death’ would refer to the passing of a soul out of embodiment but still proceeding along its path to the Ascension. This reveals the great compassion of Universal I AM, that it wants every soul to achieve its everlasting Ascension in the Light, no matter the depth of its fall from Grace.
