that all my life now gathers in its Ascended State, fully

ASCENSION CONCEPTS:
We may sometimes see the present Transition of Earth and Humanity as something happening to us (and to Humanity) …rather than something happening through us (and through Humanity). As God in Action, let us see ourselves as Eternal Light Beings directing the ‘local aspects’ of the Great Cosmic Inbreath. We are training as Great Divine Directors, part of the Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness governing this planet, made up of Ascended Masters, Angels and Elementals …and Ascended and Free Humanity!
This Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness goes inter-dimensionally inward towards unity with all Inner Dimensions of Flame …as well as inter-dimensionally outward towards unity with all Cosmic Beings, Angels, Elementals and Ascended and Free Humanity. Contemplate this …that even as Father/Mother God discovers the Divine Potential of their Children of the Great I AM through their inbreath of us into their Flame …so too do we discover deeper Truth about ourselves, as we inbreathe all aspects of our energy and lives into our Flame …as well Humanity discovering deeper Truths about herself, as all Earth’s energy is inbreathed into its Central Flame.
We again see that the Great Cosmic Inbreath is all life proceeding deeper into Flame on all its Sacred Levels …our own Flame and all levels of Father/Mother God. We remember that it is the same Flame expressing on limitless dimensions …from the Inner Sanctum of the Great Central Sun to the fiery core of Sacred Essence within every atom and electron of life.
When we visualize the I AM Chart, we see the Silver Cord from the I AM Presence anchoring Divine Light in the Three-fold Flame of the Heart. Around our Flame and its four vehicles of expression manifests a Pillar of Sacred Violet Fire. We profess Faith in this Sacred Fire and its transmuting, forgiving, merciful action. Therefore, let us see, feel and accept the Violet Fire constantly transmuting all karma proceeding from our thoughts, feelings, words and deeds …or any karmic energy directed toward us by others…before it can act, manifest or longer be sustained! Thus, standing within our Three-fold Flame, all we experience is this Sacred Fire governing of our four vehicles in Perfect Harmony and Balance.
In transmuting all Innocent Life Energy, we have ever misqualified, we then naturally ‘fill the void created’ by expanding and projecting our Sacred Fire’s Radiant Light outward into the world. We direct our Light into all persons, places, conditions and things; into every cell, atom and electron of our being; into our world, affairs and finances; and all life everywhere. This activity of Expansion and Projection (Outbreath) is right and perfect and as it should be. But this is only half of the Sacred Ceremony of the current Transformation. As Ascended and Free Beings representing Father/Mother God on this level of their expression, we continually Inbreathe all of our life into our Flame …and all life everywhere into the Flame that originally sent such Pure Innocent Life Energy forth in the beginning!
This Inbreath / Outbreath Activity occurs outside the restrictions of the outer mind, especially those aspects constrained within time and space. The Sacred Inbreath does not function within time (as in: ‘How long will this take; when will it occur; how old will I be when it occurs?’) nor space (‘Can my Flame fit all my life into it; where should I be for this; what might happen in physical terms?). Ego-self clings to time and space structure. Rather, the only consideration of the Great Cosmic Inbreath is the Indivisible Flowing Wholeness of the Energy, Vibration and Consciousness involved and the Transformative Activity of Sacred Fire within all life.
All of this occurs outside of time and space restrictions. Remember dear ones that Ascended and Free Earth has always existed! Humanity left her Garden of Eden in consciousness and now she inter-dimensionally returns …as have all those who Ascended before us. We clear the way for all Humanity to likewise return in consciousness. Herein is our silent, gentle leadership of Humanity! We have trained for this Cosmic Moment, and we are currently Victorious at this Sacred Service!
Be at Peace! All is in Divine Order!

Energy, Vibration and Consciousness of Beloved Saint Germain ... OUR THREE-FOLD FLAME IS THE ATOMIC ACCELERATOR
Beloved Friends of Spiritual Freedom, may I present myself to you as Sacred Fire and its Radiant Light. You may have thought of me as an Ascended Master Gentleman of a certain description who has had certain previous embodiments and since my Ascension has served as Chohan of the Seventh Ray. But allow a description of my Lifestream that is not limited by three dimensions and the restrictions of time and space. I present to you as Pure Violet Flame, centered in which is my Three-fold Flame …my Permanent Atom in the form of a blazing Maltese Cross. The Radiant Light that pours from this Flame is akin to a massive Starburst. In this Light is all the Energy, Matter and Intelligence necessary to lift this Earth and her Lifeforce into her permanent Spiritual Freedom. This is the Presence I now greet you as.
And I likewise see you as you truly are …a Sacred Flame and its Radiant Light …each in the form of the Electronic Pattern of your Permanent Atom. Each of you is a Radiant Starburst of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness. Your Radiant Light has all the necessary Energy, Matter and Intelligence to take your personal universe into its Ascension …into its next level or orbital frequency, fulfilling its Divine Potential. Much grander than either of us is the Great Cosmic Cycle, whereupon Universal I AM ‘moves forward all life’ into its next phase, shedding the cocoon of its previous self and re-emerging as the ‘Higher State’ of its own Divine Self.
This present Cosmic Cycle we call the Great Cosmic Inbreath. It involves many levels or frequency of Father/Mother God within our local Sun, Central Sun and Great Central Sun (macro level); as well as the Three-fold Flame within each member of each Race on each planet (central level); …and the Sacred Fire within every cell, atom, electron and sub-atomic particle of all life (micro level). In this process of all things moving forward, each level of life is inbreathed into its source (the Flame that originally sent it forth) …and then on the outbreath re-emerges as New Self in a New Cycle in a New Universe.[1] We are presently at the ‘tipping point’ of this transformation. It will be as gentle and compassionate as possible, yet clearly transformational.
All of this is the Divine Activity of the Atomic Accelerator. Every expression of the Three-fold Flame (from the Great Central Sun through to quarks within the atomic nucleus[2]) becomes the very center of the Great Cosmic Inbreath. Therefore, all levels of life are equally Divine Directors of the Great Cosmic Inbreath! This can only be contemplated properly through letting go of time / space concepts and accepting the Oneness Consciousness that pervades all Ascended Master Realms …in short, letting go and letting God …the Solar Christ Self operating our Creative Faculties!
The Great Cosmic Inbreath is the answer to an ancient problem. Since the 'great fall' and especially the coming of Beloved Sanat Kumara, enough individuals had achieved their Ascension that allowed a Spiritual Hierarchy from within the embodied race to be achieved. But Humanity had the tendency to put all ‘Avatars’ who publically taught the foundations of Spiritual Freedom and the Ascension ‘up on a pedestal’. Thus, Humanity separated herself from Divine Being …worshiping Avatars but never really actualizing the same.
Thus, all Golden Ages emerging from these Avatars and their teachings were not permanent. Cosmic Law dictates that in order to manifest a permanent Age of Spiritual Freedom it had to come from within Humanity and include all Humanity! Hence the concepts of ‘mass Ascension’ …or ‘the Rapture’ of Humanity. The Divine Opportunity given to me as Chohan of the Seventh Ray was that the onset of this 2000-year Seventh Ray Cycle on Earth would coincide with a much larger Cosmic Cycle …the Inbreath/ Outbreath Cycles of Great Central Sun …where all life everywhere proceeds into its next level. And because this is an Activity of Divine Grace, it occurs to all equally …no matter any present circumstances or frequencies of expression!
At the ‘center point’ of our individual Ascension (or personal Cosmic Inbreath) is our Three-fold Flame. Here we consciously accelerate every particle of life with our electronic stamp on it …whenever and wherever it is, into its Divine Potential …into its Ascension. Acceleration of frequency (or Ascension!) is accomplished through our Three-fold Flame. In our Atomic Acceleration, all of our Divine Faculties come into play, and we are mindful of each being governed by the Three-fold Flame.
This Activity accelerates our Pillar of Cosmic Violet Fire, our Mantle of Light, our Seven-fold Flame and Twelve-fold Crown of the Elohim, our seven planetary and Twelve Solar Chakras and all other Creative Faculties. The Three-fold Flame is constantly transforming all Energy, Matter and Consciousness into its Divine Potential. This Cosmic Activity of Sacred Fire is our true vehicle of expression in this Great Cosmic Inbreath! This is what I AM! I AM its Radiant Expression through my Divine Faculties …Together, standing in the Light!
VISUALIZATION: Ascension through Atomic Acceleration
Breathing mindfully in Oneness with Universal I AM, I now align myself one-pointedly within Divine Faculties of my Solar Christ Self. I begin by standing within my Three-fold Flame as the Solar Christ Self …a glorious Cosmic Being of Love, Wisdom and Power! I then see my seven planetary Chakras orbiting this Central Sun Flame. As Father/Mother God in Action, I consciously inbreathe each chakra into my Three-fold Flame. I see, feel and accept each chakra achieve its Divine Potential as a Focus of a Divine Quality: God Illumination (sunshine yellow at the top of the head); Divine Truth (vivid green at the Third Eye); Divine Power (crystal blue at the throat center); Cosmic Love (a pink starburst at the heart center); Divine Peace (ruby-gold at the solar plexus); Spiritual Freedom (violet sun at the center of the abdomen); and Ascension (white sun at the base of the spine). I stand forth as Father/Mother God on Earth, a Sun with seven Perfected Planets currently Ascending.
I then inbreathe into my Three-fold Flame my five Elemental vortices: Earth Elemental Vortex from between my feet; Water Elemental Vortex at my lower abdomen; Fire Elemental Vortex from the heart center; Air Elemental Vortex from the throat center; and Etheric Elemental Vortex from above the head. Then, as the Divine Director of my own Ascension, I inbreathe into my Three-fold Flame each of my vehicles …physical, etheric, mental and emotional into the Sacred Fire! This includes each of my Twelve Solar Meridians and 365 acupuncture points …each now manifesting their individual Divine Function! Here I achieve the Harmony and Balance of my Elemental Presence on Earth.
Then I inbreathe every cell, atom and electron of my entire life-force and all outstanding karma within my lower aura into the Three-fold Flame and its Atomic Acceleration Activity. All is blessed back to the Great Central Sun for repolarization and given its Eternal Freedom to express its original Divine Potential …its Ascension! I then inbreathe every person, place, condition and thing …and all my world, affairs and finances into my Flame, returning it all to the Light! Herein I AM the Divine Director of my own Ascension …as well as the very center of the Great Cosmic Inbreath! This is the very same Flame and very same activity that Father/Mother God is currently initiating in the Sun, Central Sun and Great Central Sun!
Thus, when we conceive of the Sun of Helios and Vesta, we now see this within our Heart Center …no longer outwardly separate from us. When we contemplate the Central Sun of Alpha and Omega, this Inbreath too is within our Heart Flame. When we see the Eternal Sun of Even Pressure within Earth …or the Cosmic Christ expressing on Earth …these Activities also are within our Three-fold Flame. In fact, the Three-fold Flame is the exact center of the Universe wherever it expresses! Contemplate this!
Becoming I AM that I AM within our Three-fold Flame answers all the who, what, where, when, and why questions regarding the Great Cosmic Inbreath! All is answered by becoming I AM! Contemplate:

I AM that I AM is the eternal, spaceless, timeless, weightless, infinite Oneness Consciousness of becoming I AM! I was born from the Flame of the Great Central Sun as a Radiant Light Being! I AM again that Divine Presence, now standing within my own Eternal Flame. Beloved Friends of Spiritual Freedom this is the essence of the New Age upon us. Standing within our Three-fold Flame, come with me into the Great Central Sun …as we bring all Humanity Home into the Light.

ENERGY, VIBRATION AND CONSCIOUSNESS OF BELOVED LORD SAITHRU, Manu of the 7th Root Race and Great Divine Director of the Seventh Ray Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom …
Blessed Lightservers within embodiment, you are very dear to my Heart, as you are clearing ‘the Way’ for the full release of our Seventh Root Race Children. Forerunners within the first sub-race are already embodied. It is imperative that greater numbers come into a prepared Consciousness of Spiritual Freedom. All of this is a required foundation for our full Victory. And the Divine Instrument for this Victory is the Gathering of Ascended Humanity. So, it is my Joy to sojourn with you and speak freely as one of you.
We have accomplished much in this past year …with the Feminine Ray fully released, which then allows the full opening of the Divine Dispensation of Spiritual Freedom. This in turn will allow Humanity’s full inclusion in the Great Cosmic Inbreath. And it is at this juncture that I join with you this month in Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness. For this process requires all Humanity to be guided into their Three-fold Flame, inbreathing all their life into that Flame, initiating the Great Cosmic Inbreath from within!
Allow me to reveal to you a portion of ‘the vows’ the Seventh Root Race Children take prior to embodiment. For it is everything you are now striving to understand, accept and become! Visualize a great gathering of our Seventh Root Race Family within our Temple of the Manu. These vows (and my discourse with you today) describe the transformation in Consciousness that now transpires within Humanity. Hear me read aloud the vows that each one then takes before they proceed to Mother Mary’s Sacred Heart Temple, in preparation for physical embodiment:
THE VOWS OF THE SEVENTH ROOT RACE
I AM that I AM!
Here in this Temple, and soon within daily life,
I stand within my Three-fold Flame!
Around me the Earth forms in her Divine Potential,
within her Orbit of Divine Love, along her Divine Axis.
Within me her Divine I AM Race flourishes and
all Divine Creativeness flows forth into daily life.
In this Orbit of Divine Love and Spiritual Freedom,

Dear Ones, the Three-fold Flame exists at the center of all things no matter how big (center of massive galaxies with billions of stars and planets) or how small (at the center of sub-atomic particles)[3]. As the Seventh Ray Age of Spiritual Freedom and the Seventh Root Race come into action, science and spirituality come into Unity. Scientists and Avatars have both taught the principles of the current Cosmic Inbreath.[4] In current spiritual terms, the Great Cosmic Inbreath is all life on all levels proceeding into its local Three-fold Flame …and then all levels of Three-fold Flame proceeding into their next level of Three-fold Flame and so on …each level ascending in Energy, Vibration and Consciousness further into its Divine Potential.
Humanity is created for both worlds …our atomic vehicles of expression in the physical, etheric, mental and emotional realms …and our electronic Light Bodies for experience in the Realms of Light. One has atomic Perfection Patterns (our Divine Potential within embodiment), and the other has electronic Perfection Patterns (already sustained within Realms of Light). The Great Cosmic Inbreath is all such activity on all micro and macro levels, all realms of formed and unformed …all taking place here and now! It includes all ‘time frames’ and ‘space frames’ (our past, present and future …here and there and everywhere present, from atoms through to galaxies) ascending here and now. At this Sacred Moment, all levels of our Being abide within the same Three-fold Flame we stand forth within …Eternal Flame and its Infinite Light.
As we master the Sacred Forces within the Three-fold Flame, we likewise govern the Sacred Powers within every Forcefield we work with, in holding the Earth in the Immaculate Concept of her Cosmic Moment. Great Solar Devas are honored to help sustain these Forcefields of Sacred Fire. But by Cosmic Law they require direction from the realm needing assistance. Hence the Divine Instrument of Ascended and Free Humanity! This is a great example of the Unity of Angels, Elementals and Humanity successfully created and functioning perfectly in the redemption of our sweet Earth.
Every Elemental and Angelic Being awaits our Holy Presence within the Sacred Three-fold Flame. Here we gather together at the Center of Creation …Suns of the Sun …Sons/Daughters of Father/Mother God! Angels and Elementals believe there is enough Divine Momentum within Humanity that all may now awake. In the Union of Angels, Elementals and Humanity ‘Together, standing in the Light,’ let us be the Revelation of their Faith. With their assistance, let us become Foci of every Divine Quality that we are particularly aligned with. Our ‘calling’ on Earth would be our Principal Ray, shining brightest through our Causal Body.
THE NATURE OF SPIRITUAL FREEDOM
Children of Spiritual Freedom, we are invincible within our Three-fold Flame! Accidents, evil, karma, lack and limitation, disease and distress …all are ego based! All of this suffering was created within time and space and associated with self. Thus, beyond time and space such lower frequencies cannot find us or any longer set the tone of our lives. Within the Three-fold Flame we are forever safe in Peace, Harmony and Balance, governed by Universal Laws that supersede third dimensional reality. Such is the Power of ‘Together, standing in the Light’.
Each Child of God is responsible for his/her own journey, even as we are simultaneously One with the Whole. The generation of karma is our unique responsibility. Karma is created within time, space and self. This involves the many times we were, the many spaces we have filled and the many selves we have been through our sojourn on Earth …whether creating personal, family, national, racial, cultural or religious karma. But consider: if we stand beyond time and space and self in the Solar Christ Self, within the Three-fold Flame, then karma cannot find us …cannot ‘touch the hem of our garment’!
And when it is drawn to us for Redemption, it will be greeted by our Pillar of Cosmic Violet Fire around us, our most Powerful Activity of Love. This returning Innocent Life Force will be transmuted …loved free into the Light we stand forth within. Then both we and our karma stand forth in our Divine Potential …all Ascended and Free in the Light!
In Ascended and Free Life, I AM free of debt, all karmic debt owed to me or by me to others. I live in the Eternal Flame of instantaneous Mercy, Compassion and Forgiveness of all innocent, primal life ever wrongly qualified between me and any other person, place, condition or thing. I abide only in the Eternal Moment of life lived free of karmic fate or any thing less than Divine Love. I AM debt free …I AM a Free Being.
As a Spiritually Free Being, I move freely between the Angelic Universe (the electron existing as wave) …and the Elemental Universe (the electron existing as particle). The Universe within me and around me now blends into One Light! I AM equally at ease in either dimension. I AM a Free Being.
I AM debt free from all karma, all lack and limitation, all dis-ease, distress, dis-integration and death. I AM free into the Light of Eternal Youth and Beauty. Boundless provisions cascade into my Consciousness from within the Indivisible Flowing Wholeness of Divine Light around and within me …the Oneness Consciousness I dwell within.
ONENESS CONSCIOUSNESS
I visualize Humanity living within Indivisible Flowing Wholeness. Ascended Humanity is like nature. She is like the ocean, which has but one mass and a single intelligence arising from within that one mass that directs its individual currents, wave actions and the rise and fall of life forms within it. Ascended and Free Humanity is also like a huge flock of birds that fly in constant union yet have no central leadership. They innately know to turn left or right, fly up or down, migrate together, land on the ground at a certain ‘gathering’ point or fly constantly for many hours. There is an innate Divine Intelligence governing all.
Ascended and Free Humanity knows no absolute center and no edge or periphery …every bird in the flock is the intelligence that directs the flock. Likewise, the Great Cosmic Inbreath has no absolute center, but rather an infinite number of Three-fold Flame centers. It behaves as does nature, like a flock of birds suddenly turning together and gathering at a new point …in our case a new point of Energy, Vibration and Consciousness, a new ‘common ground’ from which a new place is now home, and a new experience is now life. It occurs outside restrictions of self, time and space and in ecstasy![5]
This new home and new life is akin to ‘exaltation’. Hence, in all spiritual traditions, ecstasy leads to exaltation …standing outside of self, time and space leads to the ongoing experience of adoration, joy, rapture, grace and eternal happiness. This is the Grace of Universal I AM …what the Great Cosmic Inbreath and the New Age of Spiritual Freedom now allows Humanity to emerge into …the full flower emerging from the bud …the butterfly emerging from the caterpillar. All of this is the Nature of Divine Grace …allowing life, no matter its present circumstances, to proceed onto its next level of Divine Expression.
The study of physics informs us that everything is connected with everything else and all things and events affect all other things and events. If we apply the Love, Wisdom and Power of our Three-fold Flame, seeing ourselves as a center of the Great Cosmic Inbreath, then this personal, single activity begins to ‘turn the entire flock’ towards the Flame …towards the Sun of the Sun …towards the next Higher Expression of Love, Wisdom and Power …for each one uniquely into their Solar Christ Self …and for the whole of Humanity into the I AM Race. And like the flock of birds or the ocean currents, this occurs unseen (from within) and in a Cosmic Instant!
Such Transformational Activity represents the innate Divine Love, Wisdom and Power at the center of and yet flowing through all parts of the Gathering of Ascended Humanity. When we gather at our Three-fold Flame we all gather at the exact same point, yet we may be at any and every location within the Universe. This is the Divine Nature of Oneness Consciousness. When we stand forth within our Three-fold Flame as the Solar Christ Self we stand within Coherently Connected Divine Consciousness with all the Kingdoms and all Beings in all Realms of Light everywhere.
We understand our Three-fold Flame as our Creative Lifeforce …a Divine Energy, Vibration and Consciousness. While within this Holy Temple, this Sacred Place, I AM outside of time, space and self. Here I remain in my meditations until this is all I know. Here my Permanent Atom is the same Permanent Atom of the Universal I AM! Here my Eternal Moment of Now is the same Eternal Moment of Universal I AM! Here my Flame and its Radiant Light are the same Flame and Radiant Light as Universal I AM!
Within my Eternal Moment of Now, within my Eternal Flame and its Radiant Light and within my Permanent Atom, I now create my own Heaven …my Land of Boundless Splendor and Infinite Light. And as God in Action, I inbreathe and absorb, expand, direct and project the Cosmic Violet Fire into all aspects of my Lifeforce that yet remain unascended within time and space and self …all my outstanding karma. All of this Innocent Energy I now bring into the Light through the Violet Fire. Thus, I AM right here and now entirely, totally Ascended and Free!
And SO IT IS!

[1] Science may call this going through a ‘black hole’ and re-emerging in a mirror or parallel universe. In a ‘play on paradigms’, Lewis Carroll called it ‘going down the rabbit hole’ (see Charles Lutwidge Dodgson and his book Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass). Dodgson (pen name Lewis Carroll) had taken ‘Holy Orders’ into the Priesthood and latter wrote on Theosophy.
[2] The nucleus of the atom is akin to the Sun in the Heavens, a blazing sphere of Light with electrons spinning around it. The principle sub-atomic particle within this ‘Sun’ of the atom (nucleus) is the proton, which itself is made up of quarks. Within matter, quarks are always ‘found in threes’, each with its own Quality …making quarks the smallest (or most ‘inner’ level) of the Three-fold Flame currently known to express!
[3] Quarks are the smallest known entity known within the atom. They are triune in nature and cannot exist other than in this Three-fold State.
[4] Quarks have six known states, two principal ones being ‘down quarks’ and ‘up quarks’, which spiritually would represent the inbreath and outbreath activity …one proceeding from ‘form to unformed’, the other proceeding from ‘unformed to form’. Similarly, in Hindu religious tradition, Shiva is sometimes seen the ‘great un-former’ (or ‘destroyer’ …the inbreath of form back into unformed Light) …and Brahma (seen as the ‘great creator’, or outbreath, the birth of form from unformed). Both are aspects of Vishnu, the One Overlord (or Father/Mother God).
[5] Ecstasy is a word derived from the Greek … “to move from a place (towards a higher place)” …or “standing outside of self” …in which ‘the self is transcended’.
